Maintenance of BT and CC patch work at Municipal roads in Colachel Municipality

Providing and laying take coat of 2 kgs/10 sqm over the BT surface treated with binder using 2 kgs of bituminous Emulsion (RS) for 10square meter area including cost of bituminous binder, including labour charges for applying the required quantity of bituminous binder as tack coat manually etc., complete as per 503 of MORTH Specifications Providing and laying 50 mm thick bituminous Macadem using course aggregate and VG 30 bitumin which should consist of construction in a single course base/binder course confirming to the specification on a previously prepared base,(using Mini Hot mix Plant and Power Roller) including cost of material labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per clause 504 MORTH Rev-5 (For Patch Works) Providing and laying Bituminious concrete to 30 mm thick using 0.13 cum of 19.00-19.50 mm graded metal and 0.17cum of 9.50-2.36mm graded metal and 0.26 cum of 2.36 mm& below metal with 45.27 kgs of 60/70 bitumen & 5.03kg of Plastic waste (Total-50.30 kg) and for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to C M P site, heating the bitumin and agregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in Central hot mix plant20-30 tonnes capacity conveying the mix by tipper trucks to pavor site, spreading the mix in required temperature for uniform thickness of 40 mm/30 mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and to cross sections and compaction by Vibratory roller to the required density etc., including labour charges for loading bitumen in to bitumen tank and metal to feeder unit, labour for attending to paver site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30t C M P with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, paver finisher, Vibratory rollers and all other tools and plants required, including all other incidental charges etc.,

Supplying and filling in foundation and basement with stone dust in layers of not more than 15cm thick well rammed watered and complacted etc.,complete complying with standard specifications. Plain Cement ConcreteM20(1:1:5:3) (one cement , one and half fine aggregated and three coarse aggregates) using 20mm size ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and including for the mixing, laying and labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification (75mm thick)
