Scarifying Existing Granular Surface to a Depth of 50 mm: Scarifying existing granular surface to a depth of 50mm and disposal of scarified material with a lift upto 3.0m and lead upto 1000m as per Technical specification Clause 301.4 (i) Manual means

Removal of unsuitable soil including excavation, loading and disposal upto 1000 m lead but excluding compaction ground supporting embankment subgrade replacement by suitable soil, which shall be paid separately as per Clause 303.5.2 as per Technical Specification

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100kN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etc as per Tables 400.11 & 400.12 and Technical Specification Clause 406.

Prime Coat (ii)Medium porosity Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.90- 1.2 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502.

Tack coat (ii)Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 to 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom(including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.)

Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam (Providing and laying dense bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.0 to 4.5% by weight of total mix and filler transporting the hot miox to work site,laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd. grade, lavel and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled,vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoSRT&H cl. no. 507. complete in all respect. (including carriage of mixed materials up to 10.0 Km initial lead from mixing plant )( Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.)

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 % of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd. grade, lavel and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled,vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoSRT&H cl. no.509. complete in all respect

Plain cement concrete in substructure complete as per drawings and technical specification Clauses 802,804,805,806,807,1202 and 1204 (A) with Crushed stone (I)PCC grade M20 (II)Nominal Mix 1:2:4

Painting two coats including primer coat after filling the surface with synthetic enamel paint in all shades on new, plastered / concrete surfaces as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1701

Providing and applying two coats of ready mix paint including primer coat of approved brand on steel surface after through cleaning of surface to give an even shade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1701

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes and conforming to the MoSrt&H specifications

Providing reflective pavement marker with a provision of spike at the bottom with Micro prismatic lens in both direction having thermoplastic body adhering to the specification and guidelines of MoSRT&H’s fixed to the road surface using the adhesives and the procedures recommended by the manufacturers with three months replacement warranty and free maintenance.

Providing and fixing in position Fibre reinforced Plastic manhole slab with size 2.00 x 0.45 x .075 as directed by the department.

Providing , fitting & fixing in position of Ornamental Iron grill at footpath as directed by Engineer-in-charge
