Providing C Check Servicing of 1010 KVA DG set , Make : Cummins , Model : KTA 38 G 5, by replacing the following items as per manufacturer specifications like fuel filters, oil filters , super bypass filters CRN resistor, air filter elements rocker lever gaskets Corrosion Inhabitator and engine oil etc as reqd [Note : this items includes Service and Labour charges for C check only. B check labour and materials shall be arranged by the O&M vendor such as Element lub oil filter, Fuel Filter and Ring, Super Bypass Element, Seal o ring, Strip set, inhibitor corrosion, Element CRN Resistor, Engine Oil premium blue for DG set]

Supply and fixing the Turbo Charger assembly [P No. 2882091] suitable for 1010 KVA DG set , Make : Cummins , Model : KTA 38 G 5, including dismantling of fauty turbo charger and commissioning with new turbocharger complete etc, as reqd(For DG set1)
Dismantling the existing cladding and removing all rust and corrosion and exhaust pipe painting by means of high temp Al alloy Thermal painting, leak arresting, making good the damages etc as required
Patch work and reinforcement over the Exhaust pipe crossing passage on Acoustic enclosure by providing special type rain water cap fabricated by means of MS sheet powder coated with clamps and brackets , thermal sealants etc as required
Providing Epoxy painting over the ROOF TOP Size of canopy 5.6 mtr x 2.25 mtr [ top surface area] i/c removing rust part by applying manual sanding etc as required
