Supply and Fix in repair 400 mm dia Cast iron pipes with flanged ends/ vertically cast, Class A, in any length, laid in trenches, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for CI fitting upto 400 mm bore such as bends (any type, radius and angle) tapers any type, bends, tee pieces single branch Y junction double branch cross (all socket or socket and spigot) collar cap and plugs suitable for the following size of bore for spigot and socket pipes, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast concrete block with solid block in 1:2:4, type B1 as in bed blocks of size 300x300x300mm for holding CI pipe etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L construction of brick masonry valve chamber of size 2000mm x 2000mm x 1100mm (Internal dimension) with PCC 1:3:6 foundation 150mm thick, brick work 23cm thick built in CM 1:6, PCC 1:3:6 type C1 ( using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping 50 mm thick, plastering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 to all internal and exposed surfaces including excavation earth work in any type of soil, MS sheet cover 3mm thick fixed with angel iron frame 50x50x6mm with locking arrangement embedded in PCC and painting ot MS cover with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer etc complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n. exe. 1.5 m wide and not Exe. 1.5m in depth for foundation, etc, or for shaft, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n. exc. 10 sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair ductile iron sluice valve flange type of 200 mm dia PN 1.6 grade with stainless steel spindle & brass check nut (non raising spindle type conforming to IS - 14846) including fixing to pipe line with nuts, bolt and washers, rubber gaseket(neouprene), complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix Pressure Guage 4"dial 0-21 kgs rating, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (Unreinforceed) of any description in ground floor n exc 15cm thickness (Below or above ground level), complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 100 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 Type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in path , concrete surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Cement concrete 1:3:6 Type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for run lead joints for CI/DI pipe (water main) and fittings for 300 to 400 mm bore spigot and socket pipes, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour Bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required:hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates; hook and pintle hinges: large hasps and staples; chains;hand made sliding bolts; clamps;hold fasts; wall ties; hooks for hanging fans; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters; knee piece inserts; two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-16 including Welding, complete all as specified and directed.
