Improvement to service road on Chitrotpala left embankment from RD 35.560 Km to RD 36.060 Km near village Pundalo for the year 2026-27

Clearing shrub jungles including uprooting stumps ,small bushes and trees below 1M Girth on pre-measurement etc complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Scarifying the existing granular road surface to a depth of 50mm and disposal of scarified materials within all lift and leads up to 1000m etc complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work in excavation of all kinds of soil including dressing and leveling the bed and depositing the excavated soil clear of work site with all leads, lifts, delifts including removing bushes, stumps and any other foreign materials from the working area as well as from the foundation trenches with cost of all labour, labour welfare cess etc. complete in all respects as per specification and direction of the Engineer-In-Charge.

Earth work in all kind of soil by mechanical means with all leads, lifts & delifts including loading into transportation vehicles and unloading from transported vehicles & depositing the same on properly prepared and scientifically approved surface including rough dressing & breaking clods to a maximum 5cm to 7cm in size and laying in layers not exceeding 0.30m in depth & levelling the earthen embankments for all heights etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Earth will be arranged by contractor at his own risk & payment will be made in level section.)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of IRC Gr-III of size 53mm to 22.40mm to WBM specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing of 0.91 cum. of stone aggregates & 0.24 cum of stone screened dust per 10sqm and compacting by PRR to achieve compacted thickness of 75mm with proper camber, applying, booming stone screened dust of binding materials to fill up interstices of coarse aggregates, watering and compacting to the required density complete including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials hire & running charges of PRR and all other T & P, labour etc.complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet mix Macadam(WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in Mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density as per Clause 406 of MoSRT&H specifications for road & Bridge works including hire and running charges of all mechineries with cost, conveyance & royalty of all materials etc.complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & applying Primer coat with bitumen emulsion on the prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface & applying primer @0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per clause-502 of MoSRT & H specification for Road &Bridge works(4th Revision) including all cost, carriage. royalty & taxes etc all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion on the prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface & applying primer @0.20 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per clause-503 of MoSRT & H specification for Road &Bridge works(4th Revision)as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying Bituminous Macadam (BM) with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of Grading-II(19 mm nominal size), premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to be required grade, level and alignment rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause 508 of MoSRT&H specifications for road & Bridge works including hire and running charges of all mechineries with cost, conveyance & royalty of bitumen, metal & chips etc.complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying Semi Dense Bituminous Concrete (SDBC) with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of Grading-II(10mm nominal size), premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to be required grade, level and alignment rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause 508 of MoSRT&H specifications for road & Bridge works including hire and running charges of all mechineries with cost, conveyance & royalty of bitumen, metal & chips etc.complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
