Provision of 125KVA DG set for installation in extended portion of runway and ancillary works for strengthening of power supply system in operational area at CA Jammu.

SH - I (DG Set) Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 125 KVA (minimum) D.G Set with acoustic enclosure conforming to latest environment protection regulations for emmission and noise levels complete with Diesel Engine developing either 159 BHP at 1500 RPM or actual BHP calculated considering de-rating factor if any whichever is higher , water/ air cooled, four stroke, electric start, with all standard accessories,coupled with Alternator of 125 KVA (minimum) rating at 0.8 power factor, brushless, self excited, self regulated and suitable for continuous operation at 1500 RPM, generating 415 V+/-5% Volts at 0.8 p.f (lag), 50Hz,3 phase, 4 wire system. Both Engine and Alternator shall be mounted on common MS channel base frame housed in acoustic enclosure, and with standard accessories such as: 02 Number of 12 V,180 AH lead acid battery along with leads, battery stand,Inbuilt Fuel Tank of DG Not less than 300 Ltr and additional day Fuel tank of Minimum 990 Ltr. fuel piping from fuel tank to Engine(upto 5 Mtr), Residential silencer,control panel, suitable size termination box with extended Alternator terminal with bus bars etc as required and as per specifications.

Excavation for foundation in soft soil including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 meter.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 Cement:2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in foundation of pump, DG set etc. including form work etc as required.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) for platform of DG Set units including form work etc as required.

Supply and fixing of MS angle of size 50x50x6 mm at edge for cement concrete foundation for DG stes as on required.

Supplying and laying of fuel piping with M.S. ‘C’ class pipes of dia 32 mm, the pipes should conform IS: 1239, should be laid under ground/ on surface etc. complete as per specification etc. as reqd.

Supply of wrapping coating (pipe kote coal tar tape) for 32 mm dia MS fuel pipe to be laid underground.

SH - II ( Cable supply, laying, End Termination) Supply of XLPE/PVC insulated, PVC sheathed aluminium conductor armoured power cable of 1.1KV grade confirming to IS 7098 (Part I) 1978 with upto date amendments etc as required for the .(Make : As per approved list.)

a) 3.5X150 Sqmm sizes

b) 3.5X95 Sqmm sizes

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. direct in ground ( 75 cm below ground level including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required.

63 mm dia (OD-63 mm & ID-51 mm nominal)

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/HUME/Metal/HDPE pipe as required.

a) above 95 Sq.mm and upto 185 Sqmm.

b) above 35 Sq.mm and upto 95 Sqmm.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing masonry open duct as required.of following size

a) above 95 Sq.mm and upto 185 Sqmm.

b) above 35 Sq.mm and upto 95 Sqmm.

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall surface as required. a) Above 35 sq. mm and upto 95 sq. mm

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

a) 3.5 x 150 Sq.mm

b) 3.5 x 95 Sq.mm

SH - III (Earthing) Earthing with copper earth plate 600mm x 600mm x 3mm thick including accessories and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 meter long etc. ( with charcoal/coke and salt ) as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm x 5 mm Copper strip in 40 mm dia G.I pipe from earth electrode including connection with brass nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm x 5mm copper strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Supplying and laying 25mm X 5mm copper strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/termination with nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. ( jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of brass nut bolt and spring washer spaced at 50mm)

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick including accessories and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 meter long etc. ( with charcoal/coke and salt ) as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm x 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm x 5mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Supplying and laying 25mm X 5mm G.I. strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/termination with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. ( jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt and spring washer spaced at 50mm)

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/ submain wiring/ cable as required.

SH - IV ( SITC of Panel ) SITC of Outdoor Type double door LT panel ,dust,vermin,weather proof , cubical panel board of suitable size angle frame mountable , fabricated from 14 Swg CRCA sheet duly rust inhibited with powder coated complete with earthing,cable entry from bottom side, removeable cable end gland plate. Rubber Gasket hinged compartment door, connection with almunium lugs/strips with cable shelves, busbar interconnection with suiable size of strips and mounting on MS angle frame including control wiring to accommodate having IP 65 Protection and having with following accessories and as per approved drawings complete as required as per EIC. 1) 250 A 4 Strip aluminium busbar chamber with DMC/SMC supporting insulators and MS shrouding - 1 set. 2) FP MCCB- 200A, 35KA - (Incoming) 1 No. 3) FP MCCB- 125A, 35KA - (outgoing)-2 No. 4) FP MCB- 63A, C Curve 10KA - (outgoing)-2 No. 5) 0-500V, 3 phase voltmeter meter, 6)Frequency Meter-01 Nos For Incommer. 7) 0-250Amp Ammeter along with CTs 250/5 Amp for RYB Phase. 8) R,Y,B Pilot indicating lamps (Cluster LED type)-one set for incommer.
