Street Light Poles & allied work

Dismantling steel tubular/Octagonal/ Rail/Strut embedded in CC foundation incl. excavation, filling of holes, restoring surface, loading at site and delivering, unloading, sorting, stacking properly at any place as per direction of EIC.

Supply & delivery of hot dip galvanised (As per IS: 2629/IS 2633/IS 4759 & with its latest amendment) 9 mtrs length decorative octagonal pole made of HT steel(Sheet thickness-3 mm) conforming to grade S355JO/JR of BSEN 10025 along with welded base plate of required size stud of termination of 4 core 10/16/25/35 sqmm al (Ar) cable incl S&F 1 no 6 amp SP MCB (c-series) with 4 way stud for each out going circuit to the fittings with proper pad locking arrangement for the pole. [Top dia (A/F)-70 mm Bottom dia (A/F)- 130 mm] Base plate size: 200 mm (L)x 200 mm(W) x 16 mm(Thickness). Foundation Bolt-4-M20 x 600 mm(L) x 4 nos 'J' type bolts (Make-Bajaj / Valmont / Calcutta Poles) (T.C & G.C must be submitted to EIC before execution)

Errection of the following decorative octagonal pole by designing & casting RCC(M-16)foundation of suitable size as specified below considaring the safe soil bearing capacity at site as 10 T/sq m incl excavation of earth providing cutting bending and placing in position reinforcement as per drawing & providing pipe for cable entry & exit as per required & providing and fixing of 4 nos foundation bolt (J type) as specification below & as per drawing on ground surface incl back filling cleaning extra earth---up to 9 mtr. [Foundation size-500mm(L)x500mm(W)x1200mm(H), J Bolt size-M20(for 8 mtr. pole & 9 mtr. pole) x 600.For street lighting.

Supply of 1.5 Mtr. Galvanized Decorative Sword Type single Arm Bracket made of MS pipe as per IS:1161 along with 1 No. FRP Dome & 1 No. FRP Ball (Make-Bajaj / Valmont / Calcutta Poles)

Supplying and Drawing of 19 mm heavy gauge polythene pipe(Brand approved by EIC) and making necy. connection as required.

Laying of cable 4 core 35 sqmm and 4 core 50 sqmm on wall / surface including S & F MS clams with earthing attachment in 2 x 10 SWG GI (Hot Dip) Wire, making hole etc. as necy., mending good damages and painting (Including hire charges of scaffolding if necy)

Laying of one No. cable upto 35 sqmm in underground trench 460 mm wide x 760 mm average depth, with brick protection on the top of the cable with 8 (eight) Nos. bricks per metre, including filling the space between the brick & cable and also the trench with shifted soil, leveling up and restoring surface duly rammed.

Supplying and fixing compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture-proof entry of XLPE/PVC armoured cables as below :

Finishing the end of following XLPE/PVC armoured cables by crimping method incl. supplying and fixing solderless socket (Dowels make), tapes, anticorrosive paste & jointing materials

S&F of Fittings and Fixtures

Supply & Fixing 240V of LED Street Light aerodynamically designed with excellent thermal management, made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing and toughened glass cover with IP66 protection, having high power LED's with peanut lens for better distribution along and across tbe road. Minimimim Lumen Output required 35000 Lumen or higher. System efficacy should be equal or greater than 140 lumen per watt. Luminaires must have surge protection device of 4KV inbuilt with LED driver and lOKVexternal in the fitting and driver should be BIS approved silicon lilled potted driver for trouble free service life. Luminaire should be CCT-5700K, CR! > 70, THU><10%, PF >0.95 and min 50000 burning hours@,L70B50, having LM79, LM80 reports must be provided from NABL accredited Lab. Make of SMD type LED chip: Cree, Nichia, Osram, Lumileds. Luminaire should be engraved or embossed with manufacturer's logo and must have 5 year• warranty from OEM. OEM declaration or authorization need to be provided at the time of tender submission from power of attorney holder or authorized signatory not below of Zonal Head and warranty certificate shall be provided on OEM letterhead at the time of material supply. [Make : Wipro/ Bentec/Panasonic] N.B: OEM declaration or authorization from minimum 2 nos of manufacturers from above make list need to be provided at the time of tender submission from the power of attorney holder or authorized signatory not below the rank of Zonal Head of that OEM

Supply & Fixing of 415V, 3 Nos. 200A Porcelain fuse base on 2’ X 1’ best quality ply wood on wall. (Make :- L&T / Siemens).

Supply & Errection of suitable size(dept 800 mm) out door type both side openning sheet steel piller box of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet with trapezium top cover (5mm thick) with ventillation arrangement with both side door arrangement hinged type , with mechanical locking arrangement and in built handle pcc and brick foundation of 20inch with plaster with net cement finishing etc. with central hollow with filling of fine sand at height of 4.5 feet from GL and below 1.5 ft on PCC (4inch thickness) on sand filling (6inch thickness) piller box should have two coat of synthetic enamel paint powder coat RO primer with mechanical locking arrangement, with pad lock arrangement also including providing of godrej brass make/ weather proof lock and key( 3nos Key with it including 2 no earthing terminalon it . the piller box should be two part type ( front and back side openning) with compressing of the folowing. The piller box should be provission for installation of WBSEDCL meter.

Earthing with 50 mm dia GI pipe 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 Mts. long and 1 x 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mts. long), 13 mm dia x 80 mm long GI bolts, double nuts, double washers incl. S & F 15 mm dia GI pipe protection (1 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level driven to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. below the ground level as below: By ISI-Medium GI pipe

Excavation of soil for installation of Earth Electrode and filling & ramming. For Morrum Soil

Supplying & fixing earth busbar of galvanized (Hot Dip) MS flat 25 mm x 6 mm on wall having clearance of 6 mm from wall including providing drilled holes on the busbar complete with GI bolts, nuts, washers, spacing insulators etc. as required.

Connecting the equipments to earth busbar including S & F 4SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire of size as below on wall/floor with staples buried inside wall/floor as required and making connection to equipments with bolts, nuts, washers, cable lugs etc. as required and mending good damages.

Supplying & fixing of Radium Reflective Warning Waterproof Tape on Octagonal pole ang High Mast with Red or Yellow & 2 inch wide. as per direction of E.I.C
