B/R PORTION M&L for cleaning and removing all leaves, plants, mud etc from roof tops/side walls at any height and including applying root killer chemical as per manufacturer’s instructions and making good disturbed portion with PCC 1:2:4 Type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate)in CM 1:3 and finishing the surface to match with existing surfaces and removing the rubbish to a distance not exceeding 500m complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs for curtain rod of 25mm dia including bracket & end bracket decorative type, stainless steel complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for removal of trees/plants complete incl roots any dia, any masonary at any height. including applying root killer chemical as per manufacturer’s instructions and making good disturbed portion with PCC 1:2:4 Type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) in CM 1:3 and finishing the surface to match with existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

De-watering from the existing service water tanks of capacity exc 250 ltrs and n.exc 500 ltrs kept over roof slab/staging of any height and cleaning internal surfaces of tanks to remove the deposited scales, dirt, mud and other foreign materials, rubbing with water using coir/jute brushes and washing the surfaces with fresh water, cleaning the inner surfaces with mixture of bleaching powder and water and finally washing with fresh water including taking down existing float valve and re-fixing the same in position after cleaning including writing TANK CLEANED ON (date) on the outer surface of tank complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item herein above but exceeding 500 ltr and not exceeding 1000 ltr in capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down 15mm bore steel water tubing and connections complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 15 mm bore steel water tubing, ‘medium grade’ galvanised, with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down 20mm bore steel water tubing and connections complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 20 mm bore steel water tubing, ‘medium grade’ galvanised, with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 75 mm butt hinges, medium weight, cold rolled mild steel complete all as specified and directed.
