M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm , in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6

-ditto- but on vertical surfaces such as skirting incl including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 rough finish to receive the tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed coloured ceramic tiles, first quality (or approved class, colour and design/shade) of 350x 250x 7 mm/ 450X 350X 7mm thick in vertical surfaces, as in dado/skirting etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in coloured cement to match with coloured tiles, over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 rough finish to receive the tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Granite 25 mm thick (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite

M&L preparation of complete removal of existing treatment on surfaces of walls,surfaces should be free from any loose paint , dust or grease, growths of fungus, algae or moss should be removed by wire brushing and water . Cracks should be filled with crack seal of premium quality , dents and holes should be filled with putty or a mix of white cement and fine sand in the ratio 1:3 and applying two coats of with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) and incl one coat of thick wall putty (Asian paint or Equivalent ) as per manufactor's instructions complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.(Note : painting will be done by brush/spray/roller of building upto the height G+6) all as per directed by Engr-in-Charge) .

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description including racking out joints, hacking for keys , scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of concrete/brick exterior surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instruction, finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note :- WPC shall be measured and paid for seprately as supply only under respective item of sch A.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of concrete/brick interior surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 as per manufacturer's instruction, finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

(a) Slope correction by using M-20 (Nominal Mix) concrete minimum 25 mm thickness at one end and a slope of 1:20 by using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate with integral water proofing Chemical PIDI PROOF-LW mixed proporation 200 ml/50 Kg cement of DR Fixit of Pidilite Industries Ltd or STP No 1 (liquid ) STP Ltd in proportion 200 ml/50 kg cement or Asian Paints Smart Care or equivalent as per manufacturer instructions complete.

(b) PCC padding with cement concrete 1:1.5: 3 type A0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) 25 mm thick with integral water proofing compound “ Dr Fixit” manufactured by M/S Bouchemic or equivalent as per manufacturer instructions complete

(c) Supplying and applying two component elastomeric acrylic polymer modified cementitious waterproofing coating, SmartCare Ultra Block 2K or equivalent . The mixing ratio of the coating shall be 60:40 (Powder : Liquid) parts by weight without any water addition in the mixing, etc., complete as per manufacturers specifications.

(d) Loosely lay 150 GSM Geotextile (non-woven polyester) with a min of 100mm wide overlap

(e) Vertical side plastered in CM 1:3 , 15 mm thick with WPC and 72 hours testing for water tightness by ponding of water complete

(f) Supplying and applying SmartCare Tile Adhesive or equivalent for tiling purpose and Smartcare tile grouts of specified shades to seal the gap between the tiles etc complete all as manufacturer instructions.
