Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of 11 KV 630 Amps having short circuit capacity 21 kA for 3 sec, Outdoor (IP54), RMU (Ring main unit) 3 way comprising of 02 Nos motorized operated load breaker and 01 No 630 Amps fixed type motorized spring charging VCB electrolytic grade copper bus bars all inside single, gas filled, robotic welded non-magnetic stainless steel 304 or better grade, IP 67 Degree of Protection tank with min thickness 2.5 mm +/- 0.1mm, min thickness for load bearing/outer sheet 2 mm and 1.6 mm for non-load bearing member, internal arc IAC AFLR classification, 21 kA for 1 sec for gas tank and Cable chambers. The enclosure shall have pad lockable doors as per OEM design, fully covering the front facia and cable boxes, ensure fail safe anti-theft protection. The unit along with Bus connected, fixed type Auxiliary transformer shall include the following along with all necessary accessories and fittings are required at site:- Make – ABB/ SIEMENS / SCHNEIDER
(A) Incoming Load Break Module - Each consisting of following accessories: (i) Each switching – unit is designed as a three position switch. This three function switch combines the function of switch – disconnector an earthing switch (ii) 11 KV, 630 A Load Breaker Switch with interlocking line -earthing scheme both short circuit current, 21 KA for 3 Sec Making capacity – 50 kAp- 01 No (iii) Auxiliary contacts – 1 NO + 1 NC- 01 No. (iv) Spring assisted motorized mechanism with un-inhabited operating shaft for emergency manual operation with integrated earthing switch – 01 No (v) Cable terminals cable bushing situated not beyond 300 mm or as per OEM tested design from cable cover to allow ease of access for installation/testing) with door arrangement for enhanced safety (IP54+IP3X) interlocked to prevent access of size upto 11 KV, 300 Sq mm, 3 Core, along with XLPE AL cable termination / End Kits Each set of 3 (vi) Right angle boots (push on type) Each set of 3 (vii) Arc proof cable covers having cable entry from bottom, front with interlocking mechanism including earth switch – 01 No. (viii) Capacitive voltage indication fixed type system as per IEC 6123 with LED – 01 Set (ix) Fault passage indicator – It is to be provided for each incomer Load break unit, FPI with LED / digital display to be added to detection of cable fault – 01 No (x) ON, OFF, Earth mechanical indication on the front mimic of the panel – 01 No Cable cover standard - 01.
(B) Outgoing VCB Module - Each consisting of following accessories: - (i) Each function – unit consists of a vacuum – circuit breaker in combination with a three position – switch. The three-position switch fulfils the operation of the disconnector and earthing function. (ii) 11 KV, 630 Amps Fixed type VCB module with series disconnector cum earthing switch of short circuit breaking current / withstand, 21 KA for 3 Sec Making Capacity – 50 kAp - 01 No (iii) Auxiliary contacts – 1 NO + 1 NC- 01 No. (iv) Stored – energy motorized high – endurance spring charging mechanism (M1+), with inbuilt spring charging lever and mechanically latched ON/OFF push -buttons to allow handle less and un-inhabited operation – 01 No. (v) Cable terminals cable bushing situated not beyond 300 mm or as per OEM tested design from cable cover to allow ease of access for installation/testing) with door arrangement for enhanced safety (IP54+IP3X) interlocked to prevent access up to 11 KV, 300 Sq mm, 3 Core, along with XLPE AL cable termination Each set of 3 (vi) Right angle boots (push on type) Each set of 3 (vii) 3 O/C + 1 E/F self-powered numerical protection relay with low and high set for over current and Earth Fault. Relay should have facilities to display the maximum loaded phase current also. Relay shall record minimum 5 fault records with time stamping. Relay shall be communicable with RS 485 Port on MODBUS Protocol – 01 No/per VCB outgoing. (viii) Auxiliary Relay for OTI / WTI – transformer protection – 01 No
(ix) Associated ring Core cast- resin insulated CTs Dual Ratio 100/50/1-1 or 200/100/1-1 or 50-25/1-1 Amp as per site reqmt (for metering and protection) 2.5 VA, 10 P 10 Protection – Each set of 3 (x) Arc proof cable covers having cable entry from bottom, front with interlocking mechanism including earth switch – 01 No. (xi) Capacitive voltage indication fixed type system as per IEC 6123 with LED – 01 Set (xii) ON, OFF, Earth mechanical indication on the front mimic of the panel – 01 No (xiii) Emergency trip push button – 01 No. (xiv) CB mechanical operation should be min 10000 Nos without any maintenance. (xv) Vacuum Interrupter and VCB must be RMU manufacturer’s own make for better life cycle optimization. (xvi) CB operating sequence should be O-0.3sec-CO-3min_CO
(C) Bus connected, fixed type Potential and Auxiliary transformer with floor mounted compartment of matching height and depth, positioned alongside RMU to provide required aux. supply for spring charging motor and metering, consisting of following accessories:- (i) 1-Ph 11 KV/110V, class 0.5 potential transformer – 03 Nos for metering. (ii) 1-Ph (11 KV/rt3), 230 VAC, 250/500 VA Auxiliary transformer – 01 No for battery charging. (iii) 11 KV Tri vector Energy Meter of Class 0.5 accuracy with RS 485 Communication – 01 No per VCB o/g (iv) 2x12 Volt DC battery – 01 Set (v) 230 VAC/24 VDC Battery charger – 01 No, with indication of status of functioning (vi) HRC fuse links for primary side isolation and AC/DC MCBs for secondary isolation – 01 Set (vii) Digital Voltmeter & RYB LED indications to confirm AC/DC supply availability – 01 Set (viii) Anti condensation space heater with thermostat – 01 No (ix) LED lamp for illumination and 3 pin socket with switch – 01 No
(D) Standard mano meter -01 for each tank, Operating handle - 02, cable clamping provision (standard)-01/for every cable entry, Operation and maintenance manual - 01, installation and commissioning manual - 01, RMU Foundation as per OEM Recommendation (Earth Work and PCC works) for placing RMU on plinth is deemed to be included in the cost quoted. Height of plinth should not be less than 0.45 mtrs from ground level.
NOTE:- (i) The above module consisting of Load break Switches and VCBs shall be aligned appropriately and must have electrical and mechanical interlocking as per latest electrical safety norms including installation on platform as recommended by OEM. (ii) The OEM should provide 2 years manufacturing warranty including service support at site without any cost from the date of commissioning of RMU at site. Certificate for the same to be submitted by OEM at the time of delivery. The rate quoted by the bidder shall include the service cost of RMUs and no extra claim shall be entertained at later stage.

All as per item No 1 above but RMU (Ring Main Unit) 6-way comprising of 02 Nos motorized operated Load Break Switches and 04 Nos 630 Amp Fixed-Type motorized spring-charging VCB.

M&L for plate Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level with alternate layer of common salf and charcoal dust mixed & packed 150 mm thick homogeneous layer all around the GI earth plate and connected to galvanized earth strip 32 x 6 mm up to 7.5 Mtr by means of bolts and nuts checknuts and washers of galvanized iron electric arc welding all joints all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR part I including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil PCC 1:3:6 type C1 chamber with RCC 1:2:4 type B1 40 mm thick cover with MS rod 8mm dia 150mm long reinforcement, watering funnel, 40 mm dia light grade pipe for protection of earth electrode 20 mm dia pipe for watering all as specified.
Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 mtr deep in any type of soil (soft/losse/hard/dense soil) for foundation or laying / taking up/ taking down of cables and getting out and levelling of bottom suface to required level all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.
Returning filling in,. Including spreading, levelling,. Watering and well ramming soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick all as specified and directed.
Removing excavated material (ie soil) from site to a distance n. exc 50 mtrs away and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 mtr above the starting point all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
M & L for sand cushioning to underground XLPE cables including punning down of sand layer all as specified and directed.
Supply & laying reinforced precast concrete cable (PCC) cover class HV type 1 with peak size 300 mm x 180mm x 40mm in trenches for protection to under ground cable complete all as specified.
M&L Brick work with sub-class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete as specified and directed .
M&L Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) finished fair and even without using extra cement complete as specified and directed.
M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm gradded aggregate) for foundation, filling and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed .
M & L for cement concrete type B-2, 1:2:4, 75 mm thick (using 40 mm gradded aggregate) for floors and paving etc complete all as specified and directed.
S&F equal Angle iron, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers,welding, bending cold or hot,drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint.
S&F 4 mm thick mild steel wire 50x25 mm mesh up into mattressess or cages, lapped wired and fixed in position including welded for fencing to grid in cluding one coat of primer and two coat ot synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.
M & L for 2 coat of synthetic enamel painting over a coat of red oxide to steel surfaces including preparation of newly surface complete all as specified.
Supply laying, testing and commisioning cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 11 KV (E) grade of size 3 core 120 sqmm.
Supply laying, testing and commisioning cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 11 KV (E) grade of size 3 core 185 sqmm.
Matrial and labour for complete removal of Damaged End Outdoor Type termintion Kit of Transformer End and Supply and Fixing of New End Termination Kit Heat Shrinkable indoor type of size 120-185 Sqmm with jointing materials and acessories complete all as specifid and direceted
Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured AI conductor cable of size 120 to 185 sqmm.
Dismantling of HT insulators of any type and any size.
Dismantling of air break gang operated switches vertical/horizontal mounted including insulators and operating mechanism.
Dismantling of cross-arms or M.S. channel or angle sections.
Dismantaling of existing 4/6/8 pole structure.
Material and labour for brick masonry platform (suitable for 100 to 400 KVA transformer) having size 2.5 mtr x 2.5 mtr and total height 1.6 M (0.45 M below ground level including excavation and earth work, 1.15M above ground level including RCC slab 150 mm on top and refilling of sand/soil), PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 in foundation, sub class 'B' brick work in CM 1:4, 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on all sides of platform upto 150 mm below ground level, supply and fixing of 02 Nos MS channels of suitable size for balancing of transformer, embedded in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 up to 150mm thick RCC slab, including provn of stair case on one side complete all as specified and directed.
Disconnecting electrically and mechanically outdoor transformers upto 400 KVA capacity, lowering down from 4/6/8 pole structure carefully using hydra machine and Re-installation of transformer on plinth, connecting electrically and mechanically, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.
