Dismantling the old valve pit chamber and construct valve chamber 1000x1000x1000 mm (internal ) with PCC block masonary valve chamber, PCC foundation, plastering and necessary earth work in hard/ dense soil, MS sheet cover 3.15 mm thickness along with angle iron frame of size 40 x 40 x 6mm with locking arrangement with necessary fixing materials like hinges, nut/bolts etc (valve chamber cover shall be opened in two halves) and painting to MS cover with one coat of red oxide and two coats of synthetic enamel paint etc all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:-For reference Drg No. CEAA/TD/57 Sheet 1/1 dt 28 May 1992 with revision upto 31 Dec 1992 shall be followed in consultation with engr-in-charge.

M&L for attending to break down of 200 to 350mm dia DI pipe line bursting/cracks including necessary excavation, dewatering the water accumulated at site, removal of broken pipe pieces of various lengths through gas cutting/manual cutting as per site requirement including removing out the damaged DI pipe and inserting necessary DI specials such as collar, nipple etc as required at site and providing of new joints as required at site, clamping arrangements, PCC work including testing for the leakages pipes complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for repairing of valve pit chamber of any size by taking down the old plaster and 10mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with water proof liquid in complete surface of valve pit and preparing of old steel surfaces and painting to MS cover with one coat of red oxide and two coats of synthetic enamel paint including removing debris/ sludge etc from valve chamber all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair saddle piece made out of MS flat iron of size 50 x 6mm duly welded with 25 to 50mm dia GI socket and 2 Nos nut/bolts of suitable size/length, necessary rubber packing for branch connections for the sizes of 80 to 150mm dia CI/DI mains complete including necessary earth work all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Taking down ceiling fan of any make & sweep by disconnecting clips,lock nuts etc. from existing position of any height. (Note: Repair & maintenance shall be paid seperately under relevant items.)

Comprehensive maintenance/ repair for RO Plant of capacity 5000 Ltrs per hour - 02 Nos as under : (i) Contractor has to provide one service each month by qualified technician (ii) Any complaint shall be attended within 24 Hrs. (iii) Periodical maintenance of cleaning the membrane/ cartridge/ filters with citric acid, washing with high pressure water pump, servicing of chemical dozing systems, calibration of level indicator, valves, greasing of raw water pump, high pressure feed pump, decarburizing of control panel/ LT Panel etc. (iv) Replacement of other major spares as per existing size and capacity shall be measured and paid separately. (v) During dismantling and reassembling, testing of the equipment safety measures shoud be followed and safety equipments like mask, gloves etc shall be provided by contractor and cost of the same shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates Note: Rate of labour cost for dismantling the spares and assembling the new parts/ system is deemed to be included in the quoted rated of comprehensive maintenance.

Repair to ACF by opening the chamber, remove all the materials like activated carbon, media upto bottom of the chamber, cleaning the inner walls by using suiatble cleaning agent, remove the fine deposits, cutting the supporting base by welding, fabricate the supporting base as per existing size and shape, fix to the chamber as before by welding, preparing the surface, painting with two coats enamel paint over one coat of red oxide, replacing the gasket of the opening way, filling the ACFwith media pebbles upto the top by laying in layers as before, close the opening and testing should be carried out upto satisfatcion of Engr-in-Charge. Note: Replacement of ACF 600 and various size of media shall be measured and paid separately

Cleaning of PVC tank of capacity 10000 Ltr, dewatering the tank, desilting and removing of left over water from bottom, cleaning tank surfaces by using bleaching powder approx 5 Kg and remove all foreign materials and clean with plain water all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- The job shall be completed within 8 hrs to avoid any interruption in distribution of water supply

Dismantling and assembling of monoblock/ high pressure feed pump set 3 to 7.5 HP capacity, 3 phase incl electric connection and removing it from its position carefully and transporting the same to the work shop for servicing, greasing and refixing the same in its original position after repairs including connection up of water and electric connections including testing and commissioning complete all as specified. Note : (a) The spares required for repair the pump sets and rewinding of motors will be measured and paid separately under respective item. (b) Expendable stores like cotton waste/cleaning materials, lubricants , gland packing, rubber seal, metal filling, machining and transportation to and fro from site to work shop are deemed to be included in rate quoted. (c) Labour elements is included in unit rates.

M & L for rewinding of 3 phase electric induction motor 3 HP capacity with super enameled copper conductor of same guage weight and tuns to achieve its full efficiency including tying the windings and connecting the coils and brining the connections as that of exisitng complete including renewal of worn out/unserviceable bearings etc all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for rewinding of 3 phase electric induction motor 7.5 HP capacity with super enameled copper conductor of same guage weight and tuns to achieve its full efficiency including tying the windings and connecting the coils and brining the connections as that of exisitng complete including renewal of worn out/unserviceable bearings etc all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.
