Boring with hydraulic pling rigs with power units, providing and installing cast in situ single under reamed piles of speciñed diameter and length below pile cap in M-25 cement concrete, to carry a sate working load not less than specified, excluding the cost of steel reinforcement but including the cost of boring with bentonite solution and the length of the pile to be embedded in pile cap etc. all complete. (Length of pile for payment shall be measured upto to the bottom of pile cap)

Excavation in foudation in ordinary soil (loan clay or sand) including ift up to 1.5 metre and lead up to 30 metre and including filling space between and the buiding and the side of the foundation trenches or into the plinth and removel and disposal of surplus earth as directed by engineer charges upto a distanc of 30m from the foundation trenches As Per St No 251

Sand filling in plinth including supply of necessary quantity of sand from a distance not exceeding 8km (5 miles) from the side of work & including watering dressing etc. Rate to include cost of all materials Jabour and tools & plants,etc. required for proper completion of the work. Mild steel or iron work of small sizes and sections such as holding down bolts, hold fasts, tierods, gratings, etc. (when not included in over all rates) wrought to required from excluding supply of steel bolts, nuts wastage etc and Including their fixing required for proper completion of the wark

Class-150 brick work in 1:4 cement and fine sand of 1.25 fineness modulus mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and tools and plants etc. Required for proper completion of the work. SI No. 305

12mm thick plaster in 1: 4 on brick work minimum thickness not less than 10mm with cement and find sand of 1.25 fineness modulus. SI No. 584

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Säicone additives of required shade: New work (Two or more coats applied 1.43 1/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied 220 kg/10 sqm) as per SI No. SOR 13.47.1
