M&L for servicing / routine maintenance of DG set of 30 KVA to 50 KVA capacity by entire cleaning of DG set, checking battery voltage, checking any Leakage, checking oil level, checking coolant level, checking V-Belt condition, cleaning of Air Filter, cleaning of radiator with appropriate chemical, checking of all electrical terminal & thimbles, checking pollution level complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-In-Charge, including replacement of following spear parts: - (a) Fuel filter (primary & secondary) (b) Oil filter (d) Bypass filter (e) Super bypass filter. Note: - Any other spear parts, if found unserviceable will be measured & paid separately as supply only. Replacement of engine oil & coolant will be measured & paid separately

M&L for taking out Fuel Injection Pump from DG set of 30 KVA to 50 KVA capacity, transporting to service centre / contractor workshop and over hauling / calibration including replacement of wornout parts such as screen filter, delivery valves, plunger, O-ring, spring rotor assemby, injector element, refixing in same position and testing complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for taking out of burnt AVR system of DG set of capacity 30 to 82.5 KVA by opening connection chamber of alternator dismantling all existing electric / electronic connection replacement of AVR set reconnection checking of all circuit, testing the same up to the satisfaction of Engr-in-charge.

M&L for taking down unserviceable self starter 12 volt from DG set transproting to contractor workshop dismantling pinion etc rewiring of armature and field coil by suitable size of insulated copper wire, to achieve its original performance varnsishing replacement of pinion, pinion spring , carbo brush etc re- assmebling the same , testing and refixed to DG set and testing complete all as specfied and directed by EIC

M&L for replacement of solenoid switch for auto on / off manual mode in the engine operation inclduing wiring complete all as specifed and directed by EIC .

S&F water pump assembly for the DG set of capacity 30 to 82.5 KVA including dismentling of old water pump assembly complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in repair battery terminal heavy duty made out of brass suitable for 12 votls lead acid battery all as specified and directed by EIC

S&F in repair 35 watt LED street light fitting 230 V AC, system lumen efficiency not less than 110 lumen / watt, outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete. all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge .

Deployment of tools / machinery & manpower for cleaning of underground sump / static water tank up to 50,000.00 gallons by wash out complete water by pumping set / manually, removing deposited sand from inside the tank, scrubbing and washing side walls and bottom with bleaching powder solution and making surface free from any fungus deposits stains using wire brush, filling of cavaties inside of tank with CM 1:1 with quick setting cement and applying two coat of white wash inside & writing date of cleaning with synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed. Note:-1. All type of T & P, Labour & pumping set etc shall be arranged by the contractor and rate for the same will be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. 2. Contractor will dispose off the material taken out from the sump at a distance upto 50 Mtr as directed by Engieneer-in-Charge. 3. Contractor will clean the surroundings of Tank upto 3 mtr around the plinth of the tank.

All as item No. 42 above but underground sump / static water tank of capacity exc 50,000.00 but not exc 1,00,000.00 Gallons complete all as specified and directed.

Deployment of tools / machinery & manpower for inside cleaning of RCC Over Head reservoirs of capacity 50,000.00 gallons at 22.00 metre staging, removing deposit sand from inside the tank scrubbing and washing side walls and bottom with bleaching powder solution and making surface free from any fungus deposits starins using wire brush filling of cavaties inside of tank with cm 1:1with quick cement and applying one coat of white wash inside including dome & writing date of cleaning with synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed including repair to wash out system if required for proper flushing of over head tank. Note :-1. All type of T&P and Labour etc shall be arranged by the contractor and rate for the same will be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. 2. Contractor will dispose off the material taken out from the Tank at a distance upto 50 Mtr as directed by Engieneer-in-Charge. 3. Contractor will clean the surroundings of Tank upto 5 mtr around from the plinth of the tank.

All as per item No 46 above but Over head tank of capacity 1,00,000.00 gallons complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down 200 mm bore DI pipe fixed vertical with 25 metre height over head tanks complete all as specified & directed. Note:- The rate for scafolding & seafty equipment etc deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

Supply & fix and testing Ductile Iron pipe 200 mm bore class K-9 both end flanged as per relevant IS in any length suitable for rubber flange joint fixed in true vertical position with 25 metre height over head tanks complete all as specified & directed. S&F ductile iron specials ISI marked in repair for pressure water mains, such as Bends, Tapers, tee pieces (single & double branch) any type and angle / radius and straight connecting pieces with all ends flanged etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note : Flange jointing & DI special will be measured & paid seperatly.

M&L for flange joints for 150 mm bore DI pipe with 3 mm thick rubber gasket (packing ring) incl provision of suitable size bolts, nuts and washers etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for flange joints for 200 mm bore DI pipe with 3 mm thick rubber gasket (packing ring) incl provision of suitable size bolts, nuts and washers etc. complete all as specified and directed.
