Providing scaffolding, repairing the columns patch plastering, repairing the damaged pressed tiles, colour washing and allied civil works in PMCC Building

Providing Scaffolding for chipping of concrete with casurina posts coconut or palm trees wherever necessary for main, form work and providing with net lawn/ PVC mesh coverings provinding ladder arrangements, country wood plank for working, inspection etc. complete, hire charges only for erection, maintenance and removing the same on completion of the work etc., complete as instructed by the Engineer at site.

Chipping of the damaged RCC structure including cost of all Tools and Materials, all labour, lead, lift etc., complete as instructed by the Engineer at site.

Providing RCC of mix 1:1.5:3 (1:1½ : 3) using 12 to 20mm HBS metals with minimum cement content of 360 Kg per cum including cost of form work, cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, curing etc., complete but excluding cost of steel reinforcement.

Supplying and fixing of TMT rods for reinforcements in RCC works including cost of steel, binding wire, labour for fabrication etc., complete.

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:3, 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound M-0197 @ 1.34 Kg/10 Sq.m., including clean removal of existing damaged plastering and removal of debris from site, cost of all materials,labour, lead,lift etc., complete.

Colour washing two coats with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and approved colour including cost of one coat of primer over the old wall surface including cost of all materials, labour,lead, lift etc., complete.

Raking the damaged pressed tiles joints to the full depth of tiles and pointing the tiles with cement mortar 1:3 mixed with crude oil and water proofing compound including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift etc., complete.

Dismantling existing damaged pressed tiles and laying of pressed tiles of size 230 x 230 x 20 mm in Cement mortar 1:3 mixed and pointed with same mortar over the roof slab including cost of all materials, lead, lift, labour, curing etc., complete as instructed by the Engineer at site.

Supplying and fixing of 110 mm dia PVC pipes of 6 Kg/Cm² pressure rating with specials such as bends, coupler, Tee, Cowls, Tee door, bend door, shoes, clamps, PVC adhesive, etc.,including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, etc., complete.
