S&f fibre glass reinforced plastic (FRP) door frame shall be three legged of cross section 90 mmx45mm having single rebate of 32mmx15mm to receive shutter of 30 mm thickness. The laminate door frame moulde with fire retardant grade unsaturated polyester resin and chopped mat. Door frame laminate shall be 2mm thick and shall be filled with suitable wooden block in all the three legs. The frame shall be covered with fibre glass from all slides. MS stay shall be provided at the bottom to steady the frame as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sealing of pipe penetration of toilet core cutting in the following stages:- Supply and apply solvent free, moisture insensitive epoxy resin based patch repair putty on pipe penetration surfaces. The putty shall be applied to a groove thickness of minimum 20mm on pipe penetration joint to concrete including cleaning of RCC surface to remove dust, loose particles, etc with compressed air or any other suitable technique depending on site conditions, grinding any sharp edges etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and apply a glass fibre reinforced acrylic modified cementitious coating system. Preparation of surface of sunken portion and M&L for glass fibre reinforced acrylic modified cementitious coating system as top coat @ 1.5 Kg/m2 over reinforcement over base etc including supply and apply a protection plasterb (12-15 mm ) admixed with appropriate integral waterproofing compound @ 0.10 kg per bag of cement. Dismantling loose concrete cover of RCC coloums, beams slabs, Chajjas, and the like as directed, roughening and cleaning concrete surfaces with steel wire brushes, washed with water and allowed to dry, including dusting of steel reinforcement, providing fabric mild steel wire mesh 75 mm x 75 mm of 2 mm dia as reinforcement to concrete surfaces, applying adhesive/admixture over steel mesh and providing 25 mm thick (average thickness) guniting mix (using 1 part of ordinary portland cement 53 grade and 2 parts of Badarpur sand mixed with adhesive/admixture at the rate as per manufacturers instruction or 2% by wt of cement all as directed with a pressure of 2 to 2.5 kgs per sqm by guniting machine and surfaces finished even and fair, including plaster to make proper Geographic shape as per site requirement, necessary padding, steel scaffolding and shuttering for working platformm/formwork etc complete all as directed.

(i) Where-ever steel reinforcement bars are required to be provided the same shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

(ii) Before placing the additional reinforcement all concrete surfaces shall be thoroughly scrubbed with brushes, washed with water and alllow to dry. To this prepared surface apply chemistic Zinc chromate primer at the rate of 2% by weight of cement or all as per manufacturers instructions.

(iii) When plymix coating is in tackey condition guniting is done with plycrete admixture at the rate of 2% by weight of cement or all as per manufacturers instructions. Polycrete admixture shall be procured from Chemical Adhesive Pvt Ltd Co. or their authorized dealer.

(iv) Cost of the above aspects shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate of the respective item and nothing extra shall be paid on any account.

All as per item No. 132 above but thickness of guniting 40mm (average thickness) and work shall be executed in two layers separately complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of Oil Bound Distemper by using roller over a coat of primer over a coat of sanded prepared surface of wall care putty not less than 1mm thick, over prepared wall surface (old painted surface) prepared with sanding machine by using mechanical means as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surface and applying two coat of weather proof exterior acrylic emulsion paint of approved make & shade including necessary scaffolding/Ladder etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation old plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying two coats of white wash on ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

Impregnating cream for injection into masonry or concrete wall 230 mm thick against capillary rising humidity complete all as specified and directed. (a) The surface must be sound, absorbent, clean, free from dust, oil, paint, curing agents, loose cement or lime plaster & concrete, debris or any separation layers. (b) The plaster must be knocked off at least 50 cm beyond the visibility penetrated area. (c) Damaged mortar joins are to be scraped out to a depth of approximately ly 2-3 cm. All sharp edges/joints need to be leveled loose concrete to be removed. (d) Drilled bore holes at ground level horizontally. The boreholes drilled horizontal into masonry. ( e) The hole shold be drilled until a depth of approx 5 cm ( for a 6 cm thick wall ) before the the end of the wall is reached. The bore holes shold have a diameter of 12 mm upto a maximum of 15 mm and should be apaced approx 100 to 120 mm apart and the verticle offset is 6 cm max.

(f) Before inserting the impregnating cream, the boreholes must be cleaned from boring dust by using air pressaure. It is not necessary to pre wet the borehole. (g) For applying the cream the dosing system inserted as far as possible into the boreholes. While dosing the products uniformly, the injection nozzle is pulled out leading to a completely filled borehole (h) Treatment of highly absorbent masonry might require repeated filling of the bore after 24 hours. Depending upon extent of damage, injection cream is injected into the same hole after 24 Hours. Depending on absorbency, application or masonry thickness 0.1 to 0.15 litre/M with 10cm wall thickness.

M&L anti termite treatment alongwith external wall below concrete on machinery apron using chemical emulsion @ 2.25 ltr/Liner metre including drilling and plugging holes etc in apron complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Work be done through applicator approved)

M&L antitermite treatment of soil under existing floor using emulsion @ 1 Ltr per hole, 300mm apart incluyding drilling and plugging 12mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement and 2 coarse sand) to match the existing floor complete all as specified and directed. M&L antetermite treatment at points of contact of wood work by chemical emulsion (in oil or kerosene base solution) @ 0.50 Ltr/Hole by drilling 6mm dia holes at a downward angle of 45 degreee at 150mm centre to centre and sealing the same complete all as specified and directed.
