Excavation for road way in soil by mechanical means including cutting and transporting the earth to site of embankment/dumping area with lead upto 1000 metres, including trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections. including cost of all material, labour, T&P & all taxes, Cess etc. but excluding GST required for proper completion of work as per directed by Engineer in charge.

Construction of Embankment with Material obtained from Borrowpits (Lead 8 Km.) :- Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2. including cost of all material, labour, T&P & all taxes, Cess etc. but excluding GST required for proper completion of work as per directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing & fixing empty cement bags filled with carted earth upto 1.00 km. lead, hand sewing with suja & sutli and placing in position within 60m. Including cost of E.C.Bags, all labour, material and T&P required for proper completion fo work as per SI New Item including cost of all material, labour, T&P & all taxes, Cess etc. but excluding GST required for proper completion of work as per directed by Engineer in charge.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded Material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401. including cost of all material, labour, T&P & all taxes, Cess etc. but excluding GST required for proper completion of work as per directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheel 80-100 kN Static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming crushable screening to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density. Grading 3 as per Technical Specification clause 405. including cost of all material, labour, T&P & all taxes, Cess etc. but excluding GST required for proper completion of work as per directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density. including cost of all material, labour, T&P & all taxes, Cess etc. but excluding GST required for proper completion of work as per directed by Engineer in charge.

Construction of dry lean cement concrete Sub- base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per table 600-1, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant, transported to site, laid with a paver with electronic sensor, compacting with 8-10 tonnes vibratory roller, finishing and curing.

Construction of un-reinforced, dowl jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M 30(Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, Joint cutting by joint cutting machine, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days,using curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and finished with Power Trowel Cum Floter-Trimix Flooring Machine. Technical Specification Clause 1501 including cost of all material, labour, T&P & all taxes, Cess etc. but excluding GST required for proper completion of work as per directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with SS1 grade bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means. including cost of all material, labour, T&P & all taxes, Cess etc. but excluding GST required for proper completion of work as per directed by Engineer in charge.

Tack Coat (For Bituminous surface): - Providing and applying tack coat with VG-10 bitumen using pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom. including cost of all material, labour, T&P & all taxes, Cess etc. but excluding GST required for proper completion of work as per directed by Engineer in charge.

Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam Grading 1 Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder (VG-30) @ 4.5 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects. including cost of all material, labour, T&P & all taxes, Cess etc. but excluding GST required for proper completion of work as per directed by Engineer in charge.

Bituminous Concrete:- Providing and laying bituminous concrete with higher capacity Batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects including cost of all material, labour, T&P & all taxes, Cess etc. but excluding GST required for proper completion of work as per directed by Engineer in charge.

Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam, clay or sand) including lift upto 1.50 M. and lead upto 30 M. and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplusearth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge upto a distance of 30 M. from the foundation trenches. (Where machine can not reach/move). as per SOR 251(a) including cost of all material, labour, T&P & all taxes, Cess etc. but excluding GST required for proper completion of work as per directed by Engineer in charge.

Cement Concrete with 4 cm gauge approved stone ballast, coarse sand & cement in the proportion of 8:4:1 including supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. (as per SOR-281) including cost of all material, labour, T&P & all taxes, Cess etc. but excluding GST required for proper completion of work as per directed by Engineer in charge.

First class Brick Work in 1:3 cement & coarse sand 1.25 F.M. mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. requried for proper completion of the work. As per SOR 307 including cost of all material, labour, T&P & all taxes, Cess etc. but excluding GST required for proper completion of work as per directed by Engineer in charge.

Cement Concrete with 2 cm. gauge stone grit instead of 4 cm. gauge stone ballast. coarse sand & cement in the proportion of 4:2:1 including supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. (as per 279(a)) including cost of all material, labour, T&P & all taxes, Cess etc. but excluding GST required for proper completion of work as per directed by Engineer in charge.

Supply of 450 mm dia NP-3 Hume pipe including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work as per SOR including cost of all material, labour, T&P & all taxes, Cess etc. but excluding GST required for proper completion of work as per directed by Engineer in charge.
