REPAIR TO PANELING JONERY DAMAGED ROOF SHEETS TILING AND OTHER CONNECTED WORK AT MS 04 AND MS 05 UNDER GE GANGTOK

S&F 2nd class hard wood Plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 25 mm thick Flush door shutter, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels. Commercial type on one side and other face covered with decorative face veneer with 6mm thick teak wood lipping / frame to match complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel work as in bands, straps, supports or stays for hold fasts, clamps for eaves board / facia , wind ties bend to shape , holes drilled and similar articles conforming to Fe 290 Gde -E-165 including one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in fixing of hold fast, bed blocks etc including necessary form work as required complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails, M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC `C' channel heaving a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width suck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S frame wedded/ sealed to the stiles, & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, supplying & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing complete all as specified & as directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for mild steel tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS-1161-1998 grade St-240 including one shop coat of zinc chromate primer paint (including preparation of surface) at contractor's workshop before fabrication and fixing complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling old PGI/CGI/Fiber sheeting any gauge, thickness including Nainital. Sikkim or similar pattern roof/facia including ridge etc and keeping serviceable sheets in safe custody for re-use complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 0.50mm thick pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheets of any colour and any pattern as approved having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering fixed with self tapping screws as in roof complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling board (fibre pulp, insulation etc.,) /AC sheets and plywood any thickness and cover fillets and removal of dismantled materials/rubbish from site complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for 2nd class hard wood plain fillets, square, rectangular or triangular in section, clean swan, secured with nails, cross sectional area exc 03 sq.cm & n.exc 06 sq.cm, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling timber scantling 40sqcm and over in section any position as in unframed work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for pre cast cement concrete block masonry PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and settting in cement mortar as per IS 383 complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position such as pre-cast manhole cover or slab etc (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including form, moulds, mitred/ stopped ends complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs 15 mm Bib tap standard of PTMT any colour high pressure screwed for iron pipe and fixed. (Minimum weight 15mm-90gms/20mm 125gms). etc complete all as specified and as directed.
