Consultancy Services for Preparation of Detailed Project Report (DPR) for Source Augmentation and Drink-From-Tap (24x7) Water Supply Scheme in Karaikal District, U.T. of Puducherry

Stage B: Preparation of Topographic map by using Total station and DGPS-RTK survey for the project area, including roads, terrain features, existing utilities, and proposed infrastructure, with GIS-compatible output for hydraulic and planning analysis.

Stage C: Assessment of existing water supply, source availability, population projections, demand and flow estimations, and planning for source augmentation and full coverage of 24x7 water supply including Hydraulic modelling using Water GEMS (for water supply) and detailed design of water distribution, Pumping stations, reservoirs and SCADA systems as per CPHEEO norms. Environmental and social safeguard assessment and documentation including land verification as per ADB guidelines, fulfilling statutory clearance requirements, conducting stakeholder consultations, and ADB-compliant due diligence for water sector

Stage D: Preparation of Detailed Project Report (DPR) including all components fully complying to the scope of works for source augmentation and 24X7 DFT along with designs, modeling results, BoQ, cost estimates, implementation strategy, and bidding documents in ADB format
