Supply and fabrication of welded steel girder of FOB, Shed etc. as per approved drawing. The rate is 1 inclusive of supply of steel section ( IS : 2062- E250BR/BO for plates and IS: 2062 - E250 A for Rolled structural section), testing of the material etc. The fabrication work to be carried out as per B1-2001 and welded bridge code. The rate shall also include the cost of loading and unloading, lead, lift etc etc required to carry out the work complete in all respects.

Erection/ launching of newly assembled girder & Shed etc. and placement of the same on proper alignment, line and level with contractors labours, materials, tools & Plants etc.

Metallising of girder as per relevant IS Code. The rate includes sand blasting, primer coat and aluminising of the girder to required thickness as per Drg or bridge manual.

Supply, fabrication & fixing of H.D. bolts of required length and dia as per approved drawing along with nuts , washer etc. The rate shall include grouting the holes with epoxy compound as per instruction of site incharge.The rate includes contractors men materials machineries etc.etc. required to coplete the work in all respect.

Hiring charge of 5 KV generator set including fuels, lubricating oils,operation and maintenance with lighting arrangement with 6 nos 500 watt halogen 2 nos point fixing complete in all respect.

RCC M-25 grade in foundation as per Railway approved drawing and specification. The rate includes cost of all ingradients, form work etc. Except supply of steel reinforcement.

Pre-cast RCC Slab of M-35 grade including placeing the same in position. The rate includes cost of all ingradients, form work etc. Including supply of steel reinforcement.
