Repair to Pumping Machinery of unit I and foot valve of unit I & II along with allied works at LIS Khwaskhan.

Disconnecting the power supply from 12.5 HP motor and decoupling and dismantling of pump and motor from the base frame by unscrewing foundation nuts &bolts. Taking out pump and motor from the pumping room with the help of manual skilled labour and shifting up to roadside. Loading in the Mechanical Transport and carriage to workshop for repair& then back carriage to LIS Khawaskhan after conducting necessary repair. Dismantling the motor of 12.5 HP at workshop and extracting the rotor from stator Repairs to rotor shaft by way of re metaling turning, threading, cutting of key way and finishing to required size. Fabrication and P/F of sleeves to both the end of motor and finishing to bearing size fabrication & P/F of bearing cover plate inner 2 Nos Providing and fitting of 02Nos bearing as per sample to driving and non-driving ends. Fabrication, providing/fitting of cooling fan along with check/lock nut. Complete varnishing the stator coil and the allow it to dry. Assembling back the motor after ensuring the proper insulation. Dry testing the motor in workshop for checking any play in the rotor shaft. Complete job includes cost of material, labour charges and testing complete at workshop. Repairs to 2.5 cusec discharge pump at workshop by way of dismantling it for extraction of old and worn out parts i.e. bearings, sleeves check nut, gland packing, gasket, gland bushes, pump shaft, impeller. Repair to impeller by way brazing turning and finishing to size. Repair to pump shaft by way of welding, turning, machining, threading& finishing to the required size. P/F of 01No. gland bushes, 01No. Check nut, 2Nos. bearings, and 2Nos. sleeves. Re-assembling all parts of pump with proper greasing and suitable gland packing and M. oil. Fabrication of new gland set and p/f of new rubber star cushioning for star coupling as per sample Job includes cost of material, labour charges, installation and testing on full load condition at LIS Khawaskhan. Repair to foot valve of 8” f of unit No II & 6” f of unit No I by way of Dismantling of suction line and extracting the suction pipe along with foot valve from the canal dismantling the foot valve at site, providing and fitting of leather sheet cut to size along new nuts and bolts of required size. Fitting the foot valve with suction pipe by P/F of rubber sheet joint along with new nuts and bolts of required size. Lowering down the suction pipe with foot valves in the canal and the aligning the suction pipe with other portion of suction and fitting it by P/F of rubber sheet joints along with new nuts and bolts at LIS Khawaskhan. Repair to the delivery side priming unit by way of Providing and fitting of 02Nos ball valves of 02” dia after dismantling/ cutting the 2’ dia pipe using gas cutter then welding of pipe of appropriate length including bends flanges or by p/fitting of bends 02Nos, union 02Nos of 2” dia. Complete job includes cost of material and labour charges, testing and hire charge of welding and cutting set at LIS Khawaskhan

Dismantling the 60 HP motor from base frame after decoupling it from pump of 2 cusec discharge and then dismantling the pump from base frame of unit II at LIS Zanihal. Carriage of pump to road side using tools and tackles with the help of manual labour passing through nallah and sloping/hilly terrain (Approximately 800 Mtrs). Loading in mechanical transport for shifting to workshop for repair and carriage back to lift station in the same manner after conducting necessary repair. The job includes cost of manual labour hire charges of tools and tackles, carriage charges through head load and mechanical transport (to & fro) Repairs to 2 cusec discharge 45 Mtrs. head pump at workshop by way of dismantling it for extraction of old and worn out parts i.e. bearings, sleeves check nut, gland packing, gasket, gland bushes, pump shaft, impeller. Repair to impeller by way brazing turning and finishing to size also repair to pump shaft of stainless steel by way of welding, turning, machining, threading & finishing to the required size. P/F of 1No. gland bush, 1No. chuck nut, 2Nos. bearings, sleeves. Re-assembling all parts of pump with proper greasing and suitable gland packing, oil paper. Fabrication of new gland set and p/f of new rubber star cushioning for star coupling as per sample. Job includes cost of material, labour charges, installation and testing on full load condition at LIS Zanihal. Repairs to 60 HP Star Delta starter of unit II by way of extracting the damaged worn out parts. Providing and fitting of no voltage coil, over load relay, moving and fixed contacts. Repairs to tripping system by brazing and finishing to required size. Replacement of worn out thimbles, by way of cutting the burnt ends of cables and then p/f of thimble of appropriate rating/sizes. Toping up transformer oil by 07litresl. Complete job including cost of material and labour charges at LIS Zanihal. Repair to sluice valve 8inch. dia at LIS zanihal by way of dismantling its top portion and extracting the stem rod, flap, seat etc. Fabrication and fitting of stem rod with GM nut 1 no, fabrication/fitting of GM body seat rings, GM rings for flap. Fabrication and fitting of gland bracket with gland stud/nut one set. Replacement of bolt, nuts & rubber gaskets. P/f of gland packing. The complete job includes cost of material and labour charges for dismantling and fitting of valves for unit no. II at site. Dismantling the 25 HP motor from base frame after decoupling it from pump of 2.5 cusec discharge and then dismantling the pump from foundation of unit III at LIS Kaskoot. Carriage of pump and motor to road side using tools and tackles with the help of manual labour passing through hilly terrain (Approximately 300 Mtrs). Loading in mechanical transport for shifting to workshop for repair and carriage back to lift station in the same manner after conducting necessary repair. The job includes cost of manual labour hire charges of tools and tackles, carriage charges through head load and mechanical transport (to & fro) Dismantling the 25 HP motor (Kirloskar make) at workshop to extract the rotor from stator and damaged bearing of driving and non-driving end. Repairs to the rotor shaft by welding, turning and finishing to bearing size and making of new key way for coupling. Providing and fitting of new bearings as per sample and bearing sleeves at DE & NDE. Providing and fitting of bearing cover plates along with new nuts/bolts for fitting after threading the motor body. Complete job includes cost of material, labour charges, installation and testing with hire charges of tools and tackles at LIS Kaskoot. Repairs to 2.5 cusec X 28 mtrs head discharge pump at workshop by way of dismantling it for extraction of old and worn out parts i.e. bearings, sleeves check nut, gland packing, gasket, gland bushes, pump shaft, impeller. Providing & fitting of new pump shaft of stainless steel by way of welding, turning, machining, threading & finishing to the required size. P/F of 1 No. gland bush, 1No. chuck nut, 2Nos. bearings, sleeves. Repair to impeller by way brazing turning and finishing to required size. Re-assembling all parts of pump with proper greasing and suitable gland packing, oil paper. Fabrication of new gland set and p/f of new rubber bushes along with new coupling nuts and bolts per sample Job includes cost of material, labour charges, installation and testing on full load condition at LIS kaskoot. Repairs to 25 HP Star Delta starter of unit III by way of extracting the damaged worn out parts. Providing and fitting of no voltage coil, over load relay, moving and fixed contacts.
