Excavating trenches of required width by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator / manual means) for pipes, cables etc., for depth upto 1.5m in all kinds of soil including excavation for sockets, dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, getting out the excavated soil and then refilling the soil as required in layers not exceeding 200mm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering etc., and disposing of surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50m, (Disposed soil to be leveled by breaking clods, if any and neatly dressed), etc., all complete as per specification.

Providing and laying in position of plain cement concrete using hard granite broken stone for all insitu leveling courses in foundations, floor, roof screeding, encasing pipes, etc., including mechanical mixing, ramming, compaction, leveling, curing, dewatering, if any including the cost of formwork etc., all complete as per specifications.

Providing and casting insitu Pathway slab of 75mm thick with Plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6 base concrete using 25mm stone metal over 75mm thick gravel base and finishing the top surface simultaneously with 20mm thick Indian patent stone flooring of Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 using 10mm and below size metal with necessary grooves including necessary earthwork excavation, laying and compacting gravel base and plain cement concrete, shuttering, curing, providing dividing strips in IPS flooring, etc., all complete as per specification.

Supplying, placing in position and removing Formwork for all insitu concrete works including sloped roof and arches etc., as per drawings and specifications, all centering, scaffolding complete (Note: Measurement for the formwork shall be the area of forms in contact with concrete surfaces).

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side at all height made with 40mm diameter M.S. tube spaced @ 1.5m center to center at both horizontal and vertical tubes, joining with cup and lock system with M.S.tube, M.S.tube challies, M.S clamps and M.S staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc., and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners connection with the building, etc., Wherever required for the inspection of work at required location with essential safety features for the workmen, etc., complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. (Note: The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.)

Providing and casting insitu Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3 using machine crushed hard broken granite stone of nominal size 20mm including mechanical mixing, transporting, placing at all lifts, vibrating, consolidation, curing, finishing smooth all exposed faces, for all insitu concrete items, etc. as per drawings and specifications. Note : The rate quoted shall be exclusive of reinforcement and formwork which will be paid for separately under relevant items.

Providing, cutting, bending, placing and binding Steel reinforcement using TMT bars of Fe-500 grade in all reinforced cement concrete works including cutting, bending, fixing, tieing in position with 1.6 mm dia soft drawn annealed binding wire, cost of cover blocks in C.M 1:2, etc., complete as per specifications and drawings. Important Note: The required quantity of steel reinforcement as mentioned in the schedule should be procured by the contractor only of SAIL, Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited (VIZAG), TATA Steel & JINDAL from authorized dealers which shall conform to IS: 1786 (Latest Edition).

Providing and constructing brick masonry at all lifts in cement mortar 1:5 using well cured flyash bricks of class 5 (non-modular) made up of using Flyash + Sand + Lime + additves (Gypsum/Cement) with waterproofing chemicals and accelerators confirming to IS-12894 or latest edition including scaffolding, curing, raking out joints and including dismantling the existing brick work, disposing the dismantled debris within 2 kms lead etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and constructing 110mm thick (plus or minus 5mm) brick work at all lifts in cement mortar 1:4 using well cured flyash bricks of class 5 (non-modular) made up of using Flyash + Sand + Lime + additves (Gypsum/Cement) with waterproofing chemicals and accelerators confirming to IS-12894 or latest edition including scaffolding, curing, raking out joints etc., and including dismantling the existing brickwork, disposing the dismantled debris within 2 Kms lead etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying Indian Patent Stone Flooring with cement concrete 1:2:4; 20mm thick using 10mm and below size hard broken stones including dismantling the damaged portion of existing floor/dadoo, preparation of surface, consolidating, curing, rubbing the surfaces smooth, providing dividing strips, disposing the dismantled debris at suitable places as shown at site within 2Km lead, etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Kota stone work of 20-25mm thick polished, (premoulded and prepolished slab) machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations or required size of approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) with joints treated with white cement mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, etc., including dismantling the existing IPS/Mosaic platform / dadoo, disposal of debris, rubbing, curing, finishing, providing holes of required diameter, providing opening to fix counter basins, providing grooves wherever required, polishing the surface etc., all complete at all levels as per specifications as directed by Engineer-in-charge. [Note: The Kota stones shall be got approved by the Engineer before making bulk order.]

For Kitchen platforms using Single piece of length upto 1.20 mtr.

Repairing and rectifying the minor repair works like wall cracks, floor cracks, spalling of mortar on sides of doors, windows, wall and door joints, including the cost of materials, T&P using CM 1:3 etc., all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing water proofing treatment at sunken portion of toilet, utility, bathroom etc,. with two coat of two component highly flexible polymer modified cementitious water proofing coating of make FAB chemical (Mixguard AC) or Bostik (Boscolastic) or equivalent including preparation of surface free from dust/oil/grease, sealing the UPVC sleeve pipes using non shrink grout mortar over bonding coat using SBR chemicals and sealing the joints with polyester fleece along the periphery of UPVC pipes, appling two coat of water proofing etc,. all complete as detailed below as per manufacturer specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Surface preparation: The surface to receive water proof treatment shall be cleaned to make sure that the surface free from dust, dirt, laitance, debris, loose mortars, oil particles etc., which may negatively affect the adhesion of water proof treatment with mother concrete surface. Sealing bore hole gap around the sleeve pipes: The gap around the pipe shall be filled with non shrink grout mortar of make FAB chemicals (Mixgrout NS) or equivalent and providing necessary slurry tight form work to enveloping the pipe with a bead of 6 to 8mm and 5mm above the surface level along with a sealer coat of make FAB chemical (Mixprime AC100) or equivalent and seal with saturated polyester fleece all along the periphery of pipes. Water proof treatment: Providing and applying two coats of two component Highly elastomeric flexible polymer modified cementitious cold applied water proof coating of make FAB chemical (Mixguard AC) or Bostik (Boscolastic) over the prepared surface to cover complete area, finishing etc. Extend the coating up to a minimum of 300mm height to the adjoining wall as per manufacturer specification.

Water proofing treatment at sunken portion (Note:- 1) All the sunken portion shall be tested for the water leaking before and after treatment by filling with water for 24hours and grouting shall be carried out if any leakage found. 2) The treatment should be done by an agency specialized in the job having sufficient knowledge of waterproofing treatment. 3) Five years guarantee from the date of completion of maintenance period shall be given by the contractor in the prescribed format of the department for the workmanship and the materials provided.)

Providing and laying 1st quality Rectified (Jointless) Ceramic floor tiles (Glazed or Anti-skid) of size 300x300 mm or more confirming to IS : 15622 of KAJARIA (Approved concept of Digital Series) or SOMANY (Digital Series - Glasstra) or JOHNSON (Approved concept of Satin & Rustic / Glossy series) or approved equivalent make in all colours, shades in Floors laid over 20 mm thick cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 Cement : 4 sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg per sqm including dismantling the existing insitu mosaic or terrazzo tile flooring, preparation of surface, grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments, curing, disposing the dismantled debris at suitable places shown at site within 2Kms lead, etc., all complete as per specification.

Providing and fixing 1st quality Rectified (Jointless) Glazed ceramic wall tiles of size 300x450 mm or more of approved concept series confirming to IS 15622 of 'KAJARIA (Digital Series) or JOHNSON (Satin &Rustic / Glossy series)] or SOMANY or other approved make in all colours and shades in Skirting, Risers of steps and Dados laid over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1 : 3 (1 Cement : 3 Coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg per sqm or by using Cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) or other approved tile adhesive including providing Motiff tiles as per approved concept, pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade, chipping the existing insitu mosaic / plastering or cuddappah stone dadoo, preparation of surface, disposing the dismantled debris at suitable places shown at site within 2Km lead, etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and fixing of Rigid PVC nosing of approved quality and colour at the corners of Ceramic tiles dadooing including finishing all complete as directed and as per specifications.

Supplying and fixing 20mm to 25mm thick both side polished cuddapah stone slabs for Shelves in Cupboard/Wardrobe/Shoe rack, tumbler slabs etc., including removing the existing wooden tiers, fixing by cutting a chase of appropriate width with cutter and embedding the stone into the chase with epoxy grout or with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 6 mm nominal size) finished smooth, front face polishing, rounding the edges, etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note: Cudappah stones shall be got approved by the Engineer before making bulk order)

Providing and fixing 14-16mm thick table rubbed White Agaria Marble Stone slab of following size and fixed in shelves, above wash basin, bath, etc., including cutting a chase of appropriate width with chase cutter, embedding (min 50mm) the stone into the chase with epoxy grout or with cement concrete 1:2:4 or white cement, finished smooth, rounding the exposed edges, polishing, etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note: Size of the slabs indicated are the exposed area of shelves i.e., excluding embedded area.)

Providing and fixing beading at the ends of platform using 20-25mm thick Kota stone to arrest water fall by cutting the Kota stone slab to 25 to 40mm wide, rounding the edges, polishing and fixing to the platform with necessary metal paste including finishing the surfaces etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Repairs to the wall and ceiling cracks by chipping and removing the damaged portion upto 20 to 30mm deep, 100 to 200mm wide and plastering with CM 1:3 including making grooves over cracks, grouting with cement slurry or approved crack filling compound, providing Glass fibre mesh, applying necessary approved quality bonding chemicals, finishing the surface, curing, white washing two coats, disposing the debris within 2Kms lead etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Repairs over the spalling on concrete members by chipping and removing the damaged portion and plastering with CM 1:3 including cleaning the surfaces, applying rust converter of approved quality, filling the damaged portion with cement concrete wherever required, applying necessary approved quality bonding chemicals, finishing the surface in layers, curing, white washing two coats, disposing the debris within 2Kms lead etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing best quality Stainless Steel sink without Drain board of overall size 610 x 510mm (Bowl depth 200mm) of approved make of 1mm thick Stainless Steel grade AISI-304 (18/8) as per IS-14283, including fixing over opening in RCC slab of platform or supplying and fixing CI bracket pair and placing the sink over the platform/bracket to correct line and level, basket type choke stop stainer, waste coupling with check nuts, providing flexible hose from waste coupling to Nahani trap or Waste line using 40mm OD PVC pipe, finishing the platform surface with white cement or other approved grouting materials etc., all complete as per IS-14283 specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : Cost 40mm OD PVC pipe will be paid for seperately under relevant item

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5, 12mm thick for brickwork / Concrete on its internal faces at all lifts including scaffolding, curing and forming grooves wherever necessary all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in­charge.

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5; 20mm thick for brickwork / concrete, finished smooth including scaffolding, curing and forming grooves wherever necessary and including chipping the plastering, applying bonding agents, disposing the dismantled debris, etc all complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer.

Providing and laying in position of Mortar Bund of size 50x40mm (upto 1.00 metre length) in Cement Mortar 1:3 (1 Cement: 3 sand) at sill level of doors including dismantling the existing bund, disposing the debris, making exposed surfaces smooth with cement slurry, curing, etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer -in-charge.

Providing and laying in position of Mortar Bund of size 50x50mm in Cement Mortar 1:6 (1 Cement: 6 sand) at terrace level and stagnating water continuosuly for seven days and checking for water seepage/leaks in the ceiling of houses including dismantling the mortar bund for after seven days of stagnating water and disposing the debris, making surfaces smooth etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer -in-charge.

White/Colour washing One Coat of lime solution using shell lime of approved quality admixed with glue, ultra marine etc., on existing surfaces of walls and ceiling at all lifts including cost of all materials, labour, scaffolding, removing nails, brooming down the surfaces for removing cobwebs, smoke dirt etc., filling the holes, cracks, crevices with Snowfilla or other suitable filler materials, covering the furniture by suitable covering materials, cleaning/removal of white washing splashing and dropping from floors, doors & windows, electrical fixtures, etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting all internal faces of walls / plastered surfaces with Two coat of Interior Emulsion paint of make Asian (Tractor) / Berger (Bison) or other approved equivalent make of approved shade over a coat of interior wall primer of make Asian (Professional) / Berger (BP Primer) or other approved equivalent make including preparation of surfaces by scrapping the existing white wash / colour wash using scrapping machine with dust free vacuum collection system, cleaning the existing white wash/colour wash area, roughening the surface, washing the area thoroughly with lime and soda mix or other approved chemical using high pressure washer, preparing the surface dust free for applying the primer coat, applying approved make wall care putty to make surface smooth without porous by using putty knife and sand papers, the dust accumulated during scrapping shall be collected in appropriate dust bin collector / equipment and disposed with in an initial lead, etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note: The sample shall be got approved by the EIC before making bulk order.)

Painting with flexible polymer modified cement based anti-dampness coating for interiors using Asian Paints Damp Block or other approved equivalent make including preparation of affected surface, removing old paint / putty using wire brush / chisel to expose cement plaster, apply self priming coat of damp block (1:1 ratio diluted in water) and apply 2 coats of damp block (diluted with water in 3 part powder : 1 part water ratio) using a putty knife or a trowel to achieve total coverage of 7.5 sqft/ kg, finishing the surface smooth, etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer.

Painting for wood work with one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and make including preparing the surface for receiving the paint by scraping, rubbing, applying wood filler, wood putty, making surface smooth, etc., as per specifications.

Painting for window grills/ shutters/ gates with Two coats of anti-corrosive paint of approved colour and make over a coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer, including preparation of surfaces for receiving the paint by scraping, rubbing, labour, scaffolding, etc., all complete as per specifications.

Numbering the houses by writing letters/ numbers/ symbols with enamel (Marker) paint of approved colour on the face of the wall/ Display Boards using templates and stencil cutting, including base painting, cost of materials, labours, scaffolding, applying wall care putty wherever required to making surface smooth, etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Applying anti-termite chemical for new wooden frames of windows / doors/ ventilators by spraying or brushing with two coats of Dursphan / Durmat or other approved equivalent make of anti-termite chemical at the ratio of 1:19 [one part of chemical and 19 parts of kerosene] over the wood and contact masonry surface, etc., all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling Plain cement concrete/Brick bat coba at all lifts including clearing and depositing the same with a distance of 100 metres as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling Reinforced cement concrete at all lifts including clearing and depositing the same with a distance of 100 metres as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling Brick work in cement mortar at all lifts including clearing and depositing the debris within a distance of 100 metres all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of 15mm to 40mm dia G.I /PVC pipe upto floor V level including scaffolding, removing the pipes and fittings without causing any damage to existing stock pipes, stacking of retrieved pipes at Departmental stores, etc., all complete as per directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disposal of surplus excavated earth / Debris by collecting, loading, transporting by mechanical means and unloading them at places as shown by the Department within a lead specified below and levelling, etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: 1) The rates in respect of this item are applicable for the NET Quantities arrived at after making deductions for voids @ 20% in respect of soil and @ 50% in respect of rock from the corresponding stack / truck measurements. 2) The earth shall be dumped well inside the dumping yard and not over approach pathway road.

Upto 1 Km or part thereof

Replacing the existing wood work by supplying, manufacturing and fixing of Teakwood frames and architraves for doors, windows, ventilators, etc., made out of best quality Class-II teakwood scantlings with necessary holdfast / anchor fasteners, wooden plugs and screws for fixing it to the various openings including removing the old door frame/shutter with all fittings, refixing the shutter to the new frame, finishing the sides with plastering white/colour washing to match with existing surface, painting the new wood with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer etc., and returning the retrieved old materials to GSO civil maintenance stores, etc., all complete as per the specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Wardrobe shutters of single/double leaves made out of 8mm thick Cement bonded particle board of `Bison Panel' or approved equivalent make panels with second class teak wood frame of size 40x40 mm alround with lock rail of size 40x32 mm at the centre for each leaf including removing the old damaged shutter and returning the damaged shutter to GSO stores etc., complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Repairing the cupboard shutters by removing the shutters from the existing position with all furniture fittings, removing the damaged portion of plywood panels from the shutters and replacing with 4mm thick commercial plywood including cost of cutting, finishing the edges and refixing the shutters in position with all the existing fittings and painting with two coats over one coat of synthetic enamel paint of wood primer etc., complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing of factory made Solid PVC foam door frame of approved make with suitable rebate for shutters (Profile FP-6030) including the joints shall be mitred & Jointed with self driven self tapping screws of size 38 mm x 4 mm and made by SP 5 epoxy seal and fevikwik / solvent, fixing the frame to wall with suitable dia. & length anchor fastener including removing the existing damaged door frame stacking at GSO stores, finishing the door and wall joints using CM 1:5 plaster to match with existing surface and painting with two coats of acrylic emulsion paint, etc., all complete as per manufacturer specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and fixing in position single leaf Factory made flush door shutter of 25mm thickness of PVC integral foam sheet of make M/s. Jain Irrigation Systems Ltd. (Ex-cel sheet) or other equivalent approved make of white colour for flush door shutter including providing recessions for hinges, fixing with following fittings over the door frame using required fasteners, finishing all edges with mixture of PVC powder & solvent for smooth finish, etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. The door shutter shall be fixed with the following hardware fittings: - a) 4 Nos. of 75 mm long stainless steel butt hinges of GARG brand bearing ISI mark with suitable stainless steel screws. b) Two numbers of 125mm long anodised aluminium D handle of make Classic/Crown or approved equivalent as per IS - 208 bearing ISI mark with suitable CP screws. c) Two numbers of 75mm long anodised aluminium baby latch type/cranked type tower bolt with suitable CP screws. d) One number of 50mm long solid PVC door buffer with 75mm long CP screws. Note: - 1) All furniture fittings shall be of approved quality and make. 2) The rate quoted shall be inclusive of fixing of door shutters with required hardware fittings as detailed above. 3) The PVC Integral Foam shall be factory manufactured solid section of light weight sheet with fine & homogeneous closed cell structure with smooth, glossy, hard surface finish on both sides. The sheet shall have density of 500 - 600 Kg/Cum, water absorption less than 1% and tensile strength greater than 11 MPa. 4) The entire door shall be jointless shutter. 5) The sizes shall be approximately 700 mm x 2100mm, however exact dimensions shall be measured at site before manufacturing.

Supplying and fixing in position single leaf/double leaves of following thick non decorative type factory made Wood Polymer Composite (WPC) solid door shutters of approved make having density of 600 - 800 Kg/Cum, water absorption less than 1% and tensile strength greater than 12 MPa including providing aluminium lipping / Teak wood all-round if required, fixing the lipping with suitable adhesive, fixing required hardware fittings, fixing door using required screws, etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. [Note: Cost of Door frame, hardware fittings and Aluminium / Teak wood lipping will be paid for separately under relevant item.]

Attending minor repair works in doors, cupboard shutters, windows, ventilators, MS Grill mesh door etc., of various types of vaccant houses by servicing the fittings and replacing the wornout fittings if any, refixing the same, and also other carpentry related complaints if any, returning the retrieved old hardware fitting to GSO Civil Maintenance stores, etc., complete all as directed. [Note: 1) The rate quoted shall be for each quarter category wise. 2) Retrived furniture fittings if required will be supplied by the department at free of cost or paid under separately under relavant items.]

Supplying, fabricating and fixing Steel Grills / Guard bars of required pattern and size for Windows/Ventilators, Staircase Hand Rails, etc., fixed to openings/wooden frames at site, comprising of MS square bars/MS rounds/MS flats, etc., including fixing with necessary wood screws for fixing grills/by welding in steel windows, embedding the guard bars in wall, painting with two coats of anti corrosive paint of approved colour and make over a coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer, etc., all completed as per specification.

Reinforcing the existing steel grills by providing extra legs of 10mm dia. MS bar including drilling holes in the window frames, inserting the legs of length upto 150mm welding the legs with existing grills using portable welding set at site, finishing the surface, etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing glazed shutters having 65 x 32mm second class teakwood frames and 4mm thick clear/grounded glass for windows / ventilators including providing and fixing 19x12mm size teakwood beading for fixing glass, fixing shutter, removing the damaged window shutters, returning them to maintenance stores all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Fabrication and fixing of doors, windows, ventilator frames, window shutters, ventilator shutters using the available old wood by cutting to required length, jointing, fabricating to required size and fixing with necessary hold fasts including removing the old painting, removing the damaged wood works, finishing the wall surfaces, white washing, applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of wood primer, etc., complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note:- Retrieved old wooden frame and shutters will be supplied from department store at free of cost)

Replacing the existing damaged window / ventilator glass panes by supplying and fixing in position 4mm thick plain/grounded glass of make Saint Gobain or equivalent with necessary teakwood beading, pin nails, putty, etc., by using the existing removed beading to the possible extent and supplying and fixing balance beading if any, including cost of beading, nails, putty, etc., and transporting the removed broken glass pieces and disposing safely at places as shown etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Wiring and termination for Telephone point with 1 Run of 0.61 mm dia, 250 V grade PVC insulated, twin twisted, single pair, tinned copper wire from Telephone Junction Box to Telephone points in concealed conduit/ PVC Trunking including of supply of Telephone wire.

Wiring for Television point including supply of RG-6 (21-F) Co-axial cable from terminal junction box to the TV point provided in the living hall in each Quarter in existing concealed PVC Rigid conduits/Casing & Capping including connecting the same to the socket. as per the detailed Specification. (Quantity indicated is running length of 1 Run of Wire).

Removal of Old Wiring, Light Fittings, Fuse DB, Switch Boards, Embedded Pipes, Junction Boxes, Pull Boxes, Telephone DB etc., partially or full in Category-C type Residential Quarters and returning them to Departmental Stores GSO/IGCAR at plant site as per site condition and as per the detailed specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal and reinstallation of following Electrical Items as per the site condition and as per the detailed specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Various sizes of switch boxes including termination of wires in the switch boxes.

Rerouting of existing wiring in the already laid PVC trunking including retermination.

Cleaning of Ceiling / Pedestal / Wall mounting/Air circulator Fans/ fitted at different levels in various labs/Buildings as per the scope of work.

End Termination of the following sizes of Aluminium Conductor PVC Insulated and sheathed armoured UG Cable using Single Compression, Heavy Duty, Gland connecting the cable to the equipment such as Switches/Panel Boards etc. using Comet or equivalent make Aluminium crimping lugs as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. The rate shall include the cost of supply of Cable Gland and Lugs. The Contractor shall arrange for making holes wherever necessary for fixing cable gland.

Supply and installation of 4 Nos. 63Amps, 500 Volts, 1 way SS stud type Terminal block with required Separators and end plate on suitable length of Din rail in already embedded MS Box as per detailed specification.
