Servicing Repairing of DG set

Visit charges to detect and attend the fault of Electromechanical Services on call basis / complaint basis of TE buildings / BTS, attending the minor faults involving petty nature material ( i.e. insulation tap / small pieces of wire etc. ) and submission of detailed report for all type of fault to Engineering -In-charge etc. complete as reqd. (Note:- Supply & Fixing Charges of any material required shall be paid extra) Remarks : 1. The Charges shall be paid only subject to submission of detailed site visit report in Job Order along with bill for sites where servicing / major repairing work not carried out by agency. 2. The Visit Charge shall not be paid if the payment of schedule items made more than Rs.2500 for that particular building (site) of the individual agreement. 3. Visit charges shall be allowed only once during six month.

Pdg. & Making of General Servicing of the following capacity DEA sets of different make and model installed at TE/BTS Sites comprising of following jobs i/c fare and labour charge including complete checking of DEA Set after servicing and replacement of consumables for proper working as per manufacturer recommendations etc. complete as reqd. a ) Cleaning the bowl inside as well as out side of fuel filter and oil filter. b ) Cleaning the fuel strainer with clean diesel i/c pressure testing of fuel injector and it should be as per manufacturer recommendation. c ) Cleaning the cooling system (Radiator i/c fins) d ) cleaning of Air cleaner element. e ) Checking all belt Drives and re-tensioning the same etc. as reqd. f ) Remove the tappet cover and checking the valve clearance gap between rocker arm toe and valve stem end in cold condition as per manufacturer recommendation. g ) Cleaning the entire E/A Set (inclusive blower and block). i.e. oil & grease etc. h ) Cleaning of diesel tank i ) Checking of charging alternator, starter self and engine control panel connection, gauges and indicators and its fuction. j ) Checking and setting of fuel supply and time as per manufacturer recommendations. NOTE: After servicing the of DEA set, a trial test also be carried out by the firm for checking its performance dully verified by concerned telecom authorities. - Diesel shall be provided by BSNL at site.

Calibration of fuel injection pump (FI pump) i/c dismentalling of FI pump for repairing, cartage to the service station and refixing the same i/c injector timing & tappet setting, testing etc. complete as required. Note: Callibration of feul pump to be done from authorise dealer and test report should be submitted.

Supplying & fixing of 12 volt battery charging alternator on the existing DEA set i/c making connections testing etc. complete as reqd.

Providing and making general servicing and repairing of 12 Volts Engine starting self i/c dismentalling of equipments, greasing and oiling of bearing and other parts , cleaning of housing of the self with petrol , replacement of carbon brushes by new one etc complete checking of self and testing and refixing with proper alignment with gears etc complete as reqd.

Repairing of Dynamo of DEA set i/c dismantling of unserviceable/ defective items, & replacement of the faulty items by new ones i.e. carbon bush set i/c connection, testing etc complete as reqd.

Repairing & servicing of the existing faulty radiator in existing DEA set by repairing of leakage and cleaning of copper tubes with the help of cleaning agents, dismentalling of radiator assembly including transportation, brazing and testing for leakage and reinstallation after repairing the same etc. complete as required

Replacement of the faulty Parts in the existing Alternator i/c dismantling the faulty, replacement by new one i/c fixing, testing, commissioning etc. complete as reqd.

AVR Make National or Similer Superior Make

Rectification of defects in DEA panel wiring with the help of petty nature consumables and wires including cleaning and testing and make the panel operational etc. complete as required.

Supplying and Fixing of 12 Volts Lead Acid Maintenance Free Battery of following capacity for E/A sets, i/c complete initial charging, battery terminals, transportation, testing, commissioning etc. complete as reqd. Note- 1. Agency shall be liable for Replacement of faulty battery during Manufacturer's Standard Warranty Period (Warranty period is 18F + 18P). 2. Old battery shall be the part of contractor as is where is basis available, hence rate may be quote accordingly. (M/S Exide, Amron or Similar superior Make)
