M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling & mass concrete etc all as secified and directed.

M&L for providing, cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as speicified and directed.

Rough excavation not exceeding 1.5 m deep and getting out in hard dense soil complete all as specified and directed

M&L for applying evenly a coat of blown type bitumen @ of 1.50 kg per square metre and blinding with clean dry sand @ 0.05 cu. m. per sq. m complete all as speicified and directed.

S&F Polythene film, 300 micron thick, laid on a coat of bitumen primer, @ 0.30 to 0.50 kg per sq. m complete all as speicified and directed.

S&F 3 mm thick Waterbar, flexible waterstops based on plasticized PVC, cast into the concrete and suitable for construction joints when placed inside the concrete complete all as speicified and directed.

M&L for preparation of surfaces Damp and loose plaster, if any must be removed. All joints must be sound and properly filled. In case of any cracks they should be sealed. The surface to be treated must be structurally sound. It must be clean, free of all loose particles, oil, grease, efflorescence, traces of form oil curing compounds and any other previous treatments or contamination, Mixing ratio for Dichtament® DS2 is 100 p.b.w. Powder to 26- 30 p.b.w. water, i.e. 6 to 6.5 kg water is needed (as per consistency) per 30kg sack of Dichtament® DS2. The liquid component Which is water should be taken in a bucket and the powdercomponent slowly mixed in using mechanical stirrer, until a lump free, homogenous slurry is obtained. The mix can be applied with a trowel, brush or spray. Application at temperature below +50C and on frozen surface should be avoided. Slightly dampen the surface prior to coating. Dichtament® DS2 should be applied in two operations. The thickness of the coatings depends on conditions and requirements of the surface to be protected. A minimum coat thickness of 2 mm. is recommended, when Dichtament® DS2 is directly subjected to water pressure. The coating of Dichtament® DS2 must be cured by clean water to avoid rapid hardening. Protect from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Protective or decorative systems like tiles, wood panels etc. may only be applied when Dichtament® DS2 has sufficiently hardened, at least after 7 days.

S&F Expanded metal, (weight n exc 4 kg / sqm) cut to length, bent to shape required and tying with and including annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia or fixing with galvanised steel staples supplied and fixed complete to wood or steel members complete all as speicified and directed.
