Supplying and fixing 19mm thick Ply wood for closing the window, ventilator opening with wooden frame including cost of country wood reeper of size 50mm x 25mm, 19mm thick ply wood sheet, nails, conveyance charges and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and laying wooden flooring at site 8mm thick of approved make using click laminated floor with inbuilt 3mm sound bloc class of use 31 water resistant AC 3 grade impact resistant IC3 (as per EN 130 900 / 1400) having 0.60mm MLC (Multi-Layer Guard + SRSG 2) (Scratch Resistant Surface econd Generation) on top of moisture high density fibre board substrate specially developed copr of plank size 1288 x 196 x 8mm having joints tongue and groove to secure long lasting joint. The tongue and groove having the edges duly pre impregnated with par affine including laying 0.20mm thick alkali resistant polyethylene sheet of density 850 kg / m3 beneath the laminated wooden panel to absorb the sound caused including labour charges,

Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two crushed stone sand and four hard broken stone jelly) using 20mm jelly for wearing coat including laying, compacting, finishing and curing, etc., complete as per standard specificatins and as directed by the departmental officers.- Mixing by manual means

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five Plastering sand), 20mm thick in all floors including mortar plasticizer at 200ml per 50Kg of cement used curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting Old Plastered Wall Surface with Two finishing coats of ready mixed Interior (Emulsion) of approved quality and colour over the existing wall in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Renewing and refixing Solid PVC door shutter with frame using 19 gauge 19mm MS Square tubes for styles and outer frames, 15mm MS Square tubes for top, lock and bottom rails. The steel tubes shall be covered with 5mm thick solid PVC sheets shutter using 5mm thick solid PVC sheets for panelling shall rigidly fixed in position including necessary furniture fittings. The over all size of styles shall be 50mm x 30mm. The over all size of top rail, lock rail and bottom rail shall by 75mm x 30mm. The over all size of frames shall be 50mm x 45mm, with suitable rebate for housing the shutter.Solid panel PVC door with frame.

Renewing the Damaged cloth and cushion in the existing chair of size with back rest 450 mm (w) x 500 mm (h) , seat 400 mm (w) x 450 mm (b) 0.45m x 0.50 m back, the seat and back portion of the chair will be made of foam cushion and good quality fabric.The rate includes the cost of materials, special furniture fittings, labour charges, transportation charges, loading and unloading and contingency charges.
