Dismantling/Taking out existing hessain base felt or any other existing water proofing treatment from roof including cement plaster and exposing the top surface of RCC slab including removing dust, dirt and washing the roof and removing the dismantled debris to a distance exceeding 200 m but not exceeding 3000m spread and levelled complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L rendering 10mm thick (avg) on concrete surfaces over roof slabs, in cement mortar 1:4,mixed with liquid water proofing compound, finished even and smooth without using extra cement , to receive roof treatment complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: - water proofing compound shall be measured and paid saperately) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for SIKA Bit® W-1 (Red or Grey powder) polymer modified cementitious adhesive over prepared concrete surface with mixing ratio of 8.75 ltrs of clean water per 30 Kg bag of SIKA Bit® W-1 with consumption of 2-3 Kg/Sqm. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L SIKA Bit® W-15, 1.5 mm thick (with 10% variation) double sided modified bitumen water proofing membrane consisting of cross laminated PE film and two modified bitumen layers covered with transparent release liners complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply only liquid waterproofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L APP based polymeric membrane minimum weight 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non- woven fabric (wt. not less than 150gms/sqm) laid on primed surface by torch application method with minimum side overlap 100mm and 150mm as end lap over roofs after cleaning the surfaces properly with water and allowed to dry completely including priming surfaces for applying normal treatment complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of precast block masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stone work including removal of rubbish complete.

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry of 1:3:6 type C-1 with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar 1:6, complete all as specified.

Demolition of concrete in ground floor and paving n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground)

M &L 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 as in sub base Floor Paving Plinth Protection finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded aggregate ,25mm thick as in leveling sub base complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plastering of any description on brick or stone wall etc including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and removal of debries and depositing where directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick plaster in CM (1:6) on stone/masonary surfaces finished to even & smooth w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M &L for rendering 05 mm thick plaster in CM (1:3) finished to even & smooth w/o using extra cement on ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing and applying 15mm 1:4 thick ready mix external sand faced cement plaster with neat cement rendering at all locations in two coats of masonry (except stone masonry) and concrete surfaces including providing water proofing compound to the first coat of plaster as per manufacturers specification, inclunding racking out joints, hacking of concrete surface, finishing, curing, and neccesary scaffolding etc complete.

M&L for taking down loose and damage concrete cement plaster from soffits of ceiling, floor/ slab, vertical surfaces of columns, beams, slabs etc examing concret by tapping with light hammer and marking of the loose concrete areas of structural elements in straight line geometrical forms, grooving the edges same with grinder upto 5-10mm depth without damaging existing rebars, carefully removing carbonated concrete around the rebars upto 10mm depth by low impact high frequency hammer/ chipper without damaging the sound concrete including exposing and removing rust from reinforcement by rubbing with wire brush and plenty of water so as to remove the loose particles, dust, laitance etc and removal of debris to a distance n.exc 50m and deposited where directed all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of surface by application of rust remover on exposed reinforcement using rust remover of approved make, apply passivator coat using zinc primer of approved make on reinforcement Bars. Apply bond coat using "Epoxy bonding agent" on entire surface, when bond coat becomes tacky apply repair mortar (using universal polymerised repair mortars single pack like Pagel U40 or Microconcrete) in layers of 15mm and subsequently built up the required thickness (45mm) in subsequent layers of 15mm and finishing the final layer even and smooth as per manufacturers instruction and as directed.
