Making up loss of material/irregularities on shoulders to the design level by adding fresh approved selected soil and compacting it with appropriate equipment at OMC upto a lead of 1000 m as per technical specification Clause 1903 (existing width of shoulder is considered 1.125 m)

Gasbari to Gurmow Road : Maintenance of WBM road including filling up of pot holes, ruts and rectifying corrugated surface, damaged edges and ravelling as per technical specification Clause 1906.

Bhalukartol to Ganakjhar Road:Providing , laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specified sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness , hand packing ,rolling with 3 wheels 80-100KN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming stone screening / binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per Technical Specification Clause 405. (3) Grading - III (Screening B). A) By Manual Means-

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 (Provided only on WBM surface)

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Semi - Dense Bituminous Concrete: Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 to 5% of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd. grade, lavel and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled,vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoSRT&H cl. no.508. complete in all respect. including carriage of mixed materials up to 10.0 Km initial lead from mixing plant ) (Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.) (a) With hydrated lime/cement as filler ( refer table 500-9 of MoSRT&H specification) (I)'with 60/70 or VG-30 grade bitumen for GradingII(10 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying interlocking concrete block pavement (M40) having thickness 80mm as per echnical specification clause 1504 including carriage. a) including Edge block/Edge restraints
