MAINT AND REPAIRS TO ROAD PATH CULVERT AND ALLIED WORKS IN THE AREA OF AGE B R II INCL FFRs UNDER GE MAINT INF SCHOOL MHOW

M&L for preparation of black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with broooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc on black top surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminius primer @ 5.00 Kg per 10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of surfaces of existing black top surface or bituminous macadam surfaces with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc and sweeping with brooms and finally fanning to clean the surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc on black top/concrete surfaces and applying evenly a priming coat/tack coat with bitumenious primer, using paving bitumen of Grade VG-30 at the rate of 5 Kg/10 Sqm and M&L for Bituminious premixed hot mix Asphaltic Semi- Dence Concrete using 5.5 % binder content (VG-30 Grade paving bitumen with minimum Marshal stability 1200 kg/sqcm) by weight of total mix and with thickness of 40 mm (consolidated Thickness) including rolling with 8 to 10 tonne power road roller and minimum 5Km/hour to uniform and smooth surface and consolidation to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed.

Repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) and making good by applying tack coat @ 5 kg per 10 sq m, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 sq m, blinded with 0.09 cu m of stone chippings, 6.3mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings).depth of potholes exc 30 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for Laying and compacting 75 mm thick (compacted thickness) Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) grading as per table 400-13 of MORTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013 manufactured in WMM plant material comprising of clean, crushed, graded aggregate and granular material premixed with water to a dense mass, spreading with sensor paver and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-1 OOKN static weight and consolidating to required gradien and camber complete all as specified and directed. Note:The finished surface tolerances to be as per Table 900-1 of MaRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013.

M&L for premix bituminous macadam (consolidated thickness not more than 75 mm) with 4% binder content of paving bitumen of grade (VG-30) by weight of total mix laid and rolled with 8-10 tonne power roller to required gradient and camber up to outer edges of roads on existing black top surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Premixed sand seal coat with 0.06 cu.m. of sand mixed with 6.8 kg of bitumen, applied by sensor paver and rolled to a uniform smooth surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Liquid seal coat, applying evenly binder @ 9.8 kg per 10sqm blinding with 6.3mm size stone chippings @ 0.09 cum per l0 sqm applied mechenically and rolled to a uniform smooth surface complete all as specified and directed.
