Attending breakdown / inspection of 25 KVA to 200 KVA DG Sets including AMF and Electrical Panel to check and locate / detect fault related to breakdown complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- (a) Spares will be measured and paid separately under relavant items. (b) The break down complaint should be attended within 2 hours with the intimation of Engr-in-charge or concern JE E/M by telephonically / verbally. (c) Not attended of complaint within tow hours will lead to recovery from subsequent payment in the following manner :- (i) Not attending within 2 to 4 Hours - Rs. 2000.00 (ii) Not attending within 4 to 6 Hours- Rs. 4000.00 (iii) Not attending within 6 to 8 Hours- Rs. 8000.00 (iv) Not attending after 8 Hours - Rs. 10,000.00 (v) The maximum recovery will be Rs. 50,000.00 plus the expenditure incurred for rectification of the same by any other means.
