Removing of old unserviceable water storage PVC tank of capacity exc 1000 & n exc 2000 litres of any type after and including disconnecting of existing pipe line, ball valve, air pipe etc and supply and fix new rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank 1000 ltrs capacity (cylindrical vertical with closed top ,with screwable lid) , double layered ,ISI MARKED , hoisted and fixed in position at any height including reconnetcing/refixing of pipes inlet , out let andair pipe, including S&F 20 mm bore ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut ball valve, and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 15 mm bore steel tubing with connections or fittings from wall, ceiling, floor etc.,including cleaning for refixing or removing from site , complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 15mm dia tubes medium grade, galvanized, with all fittings such as sockets, bends, elbows, tees etc, fixed to walls and ceiling or laid in floors, including cutting existing steel tubing & screwing, if required for alterations and additions , complete all as specified and directed.

All as per srl item No 26 here in before but except pipe or G I tubing (serviceable pipes/GI tubing as obtained from Srl item No 25 shall be used).

S&F in repairs bib taps, cast copper alloy, chromium plated, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed for 15 mm bore steel tube complete all as specified and directed. Make: MARC /ESS ESS / JAINKO / PRAYAG/ HINDWARE / JAQUAR / PRIMA.

Supply and fix in repair , PVC low level, white, flushing cistern, valve-less, symphonic action type, 10 litres capacity with inlet, ball valve, float and handle including PVC flush pipe 32 mm dia with bend and a pair of mild steel angle iron brackets of suitable size including making necessary connection to water supply pipe line and WC, complete all as specified and directed. M&L for 75 mm thick P.C.C 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone agg as in sub base of floor ETC., complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 metre wide and n.exc 1.5 metre in depth for pipe line, drains, foundations of sewarage lines or manholes and like and getting out in hard/dense soil ,complete, all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, complete, all as specified and directed.

Demolition of precast cement concrete block walling masonary, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar incl all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in block masonary with solid blocks exc 10 cm in width and not exc 20cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6,complete, all as specified and directed.

Demolition of septic tank and soakage well , including desilting/desludging the septic tanks/ soakage wells etc by mechanical means and removing the sludge in liquid or semi-liquid state out side defence land and filled with earth and levelled the area of septic tank and soakage well complete all as specified and directed. M&L for Construction of 50 users Septic tank to carry sewage and sullage water, complete all as specified and shown in Drg No. STD 1320 (C) Sheet 1/3 to 3/3 and directed. Note:- (a) Excavation and earth work shall be in any type of soil. (b) Precast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) block masonry with solid blocks, set in CM 1:4 shall be used in walls in lieu of Brick masonary as shown in drawings. (c ) The width of Precast cement concrete (20mm graded stone aggregate ) type C-1 block masonry in walls shall be as 700 / 600 / 500 / 400 mm in lieu of width of Brick masonary 690 / 575 / 460 / 345 mm respectively as shown in drawings. (d) RCC work where ever shown in drawings as in base slab, baffle walls , Vent shaft, manhole openings with cover connection, roof slab etc . shall be M-25 Design mix, type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate. (e) The cost of all above provisions and other provisions as shown in drawings shall be deemed to be included in quoted rates of this item and nothing extra shall be entertained on this account.

M&L for Construction of Soakage well 1.80 m dia and 3.0 m effective depth complete all as specified and shown in Drg No. STD 1173 (C) Sheet 1R/2 and as directed. NOTE:- (a) Excavation and earth work shall be in any type of soil. (b) foundation in PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate. (c) Honey combing brick walls masonry as shown in drawing. (d) RCC work where ever shown in drawings shall be M-25 Design Mix, type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate (e) The cost of all above provisions and other provisions as shown in drawings shall be deemed to be included in quoted rates of this item and nothing extra shall be entertained on this account.

Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials to store for taking credit and making good to disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS by using FRLS PVC insulated 1.5 Sqmm multistranded,1100 volt grade copper conductor cable unsheathed type, alongwith 1.5 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated stranded copper conductor cable for continous earthing in & incl PVC conduit with accessories having ISI mark fixed on wall surfaces / ceiling including provision of 2 mm thick sheet metal terminal box with 3 mm thick hylam laminated sheet on top for fixing switches sockets etc.for one light point/ fan point controlled by one switch complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, commisioining and testing in replacement cable XLPE insulated IS 7098 (Part-I)-1988, ISI marked, screened, PVC sheathed, steel armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium stranded conductor for working voltage upto and including 1100 volts, cross sectional area of cable 10 sq mm 2.0 core laid in trenches/fixed on pole/wall/passed through pipe /cutting of road with making good wherever required as per site including jointing and testing complete all as specified & directed . NOTE: The earth work, GI Pipe shall be measured and paid seperatly under appropriate item of Schedule 'A' / BOQ.

M&L for Sand cushioning for under ground cables provided with a layer of sand 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cm depth after punning down and stretching the cable complete all as specified and directed. Note: Consolidated depth of sand ie 180 mm shall be measured & paid.

M & L for Old size Bricks; common burnt clay building bricks, sub-class ‘B’ designation 75, laid perpendicular to the cable length for cable protection complete, all as specified and directed.

M & L for Tubes, 'light grade' 50 mm dia, galvanised, with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Note:- The total shall subject to adjustment of credit of Rs 61,197.00 for old Materials as per Schedule of Credit.
