M/L for Maintenance and servicing of DG Set of capacity 600 KVA Make Cummins complete including following :- (a) Draining out engine oil from the chamber cleaning the chamber thoroughly and refilling the sump with new engine oil to it’s required level, (b) Draining out of diesel from tank , cleaning the tank thoroughly and refilling the drained out diesel (c) Supply and replacment of fuel filter set (d) Supply and replcement of lubricating oil filter set (e) Supply and replacent By pass filter set (f) Checking & cleaning air cleaner (g) Check and topping up coolant level (h) Checking the starting batteries and filling with electrolyte/Distilled water to maintain the required specific gravity. Cleaning of Battery terminals & applying petroleum jelly to battery terminal posts & brass connectors (j) Checking and clearning exhaust system including removing of deposited carbon in exhuast pipe. (k) Adjustment /setting of V Belt and fan belts to the desired tension, tightening all the bolts and nuts to the required torque etc, cleaning the DG Set with accessories as prescribed by the manufacturer (l) Checking, cleaning and servicing of self stater, Alternator, sensors etc. (l) Testing of DG set at connected load all as directed by the Engr in charge. Note (a) Engine oil, Fuel filter, oil filter, bypass filter, water filter, petroleum jelly, waste cloth, seal, gaskets etc are to be provided by the contractor and the cost is deemed to be included in quoted rate. (b) Coolent for topping up measured and paid saparetly (c) Engine oil /Spares/filters of make reccomended by OEM will only be used for servicing of DG set

Supply and fixing in replacement PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor cable 2 M length each soldered with 02 Nos gun metal battery terminals suitable for 180 AH and 24 Volts DC supply.

Supply and topping up of coolent for DG set in sealed container Make as reccomended by OEM of DG Set

Taking out defective fuel injection pump of DG set Cap 25 KVA to 82.5 KVA , transporting to work shop and clearning of injectors nozzles and overhauling complete including calibrating and re-fixing the same including testing the DG Set to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and replacement of rubber coupling nut bolt & washers of DG capacity 25 KVA to 82.5 KVA complete and alignment of DG set engine with alternator including complete all as directed. Note : Cost T&P required for dismantaling of alternator and engine for replacement of rubber coupling will deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Excavation in trenches, notexceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for pipe line, cable trenches or for manholes etc not exceeding 10 sq mare a on plan and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete, all as specified.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed

Removing excavated material to a distance not exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed

Material & Labour for sand cushioning using clean local tibba fine sand for under ground cable 8 cm before laying cable and 15 cm after laying and punned to 18 cm after laying of cable complete all as specified. (Note Punned thickness shall be considered for payment purpose)

Supply and laying burnt bricks sub class 'B' old size for cable protection laid length wise perpendicular to the axis of cable complete all as specified.

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by using boring 100mm system complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix galvanized iron pipe light grade ISI Marked complete for cable protection laid in trenches, floors, fixed to walls, pole with suitable GI clamps complete all as specified and directed ISI marked. of following sizes. (a) 40 mm bore.

(b) 50 mm bore.

Taking out old LT UG cable from loop/trench depth upto 1.5 mtr and laying after removing of defects any type/size laid in trenchless/through pipe in road crossing/paths/drains/ducts/floor/along poles/walls/celing/equipmens etc including commissioning and testing complete all as sepcified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge Note:- Excavation for taking out LT cable will be measured in paid seperatly.

Supply and fixing in replacement of LT XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed armoured heavy duty electric cables LT 1100 volt grades with aluminium stranded conductor passing through pipes, in duct,,in trenches, under wall etc complete all as specified and directed of size 240 Sqm 3.5 core.
