Providing Structural steel work using angles, channels, joists and other sections, welded and / or bolted in built up sections for trusses , structural steel floors, frame works, monorails and other structures including supplying, cutting, welding, fabricating, hoisting, fixing in position, applying a priming coat of approved steel primer etc. complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer in charge. Note: 1. Mode of measurement shall be in kg of SFMC powder consumed only. 2. SFMC powder will be supplied by Contractor. 3. Protective coat to reinforcement and bond coat over adjacent concrete surface are inclined in the item. 4. Reinforcement and Formwork for Jacketing shall be measured and paid under relevant item. 5. Providing and applying Polyurethane for external application system painting of two coats on stone masonry/ brick masonry with polyurethane paint of approved make . Polyurethane for external application system consists of 4 part of Polyurethane rasin:1 Part polyurethane Hardener by weight, Including preparation of surface by cleaning with water jet, removing loose material etc. scaffolding complete as directed by EIC. Note : 1) Application of each coating requires gap of 12hrs. 2) Net area arrived by Length and breadth of RR wall shall be measured for payment.
Supplying, fabricating, testing, transporting, handling and erecting at required positions and levels metal roofing and canopy roofing of approved make including flashings and insulation etc as per approved drawings and design including all consumables and taxes comprising of the following: Providing and fixing of top sheet and insulation layer on double layer roofing system comprising of 0.60 mm thick (Bottom sheet already fixed at site at position) Galvalume alloy comprising of profile sheeting manufactured from Galvalume sheet and physical material properties as specified. These sheets shall be fixed on specially reinforced polyamide or acetylene anti-friction di-electric brackets at every location for permitting unhindered, free sheet movement at all required locations. The profile shall have a special in built drainage joint at side laps to make it fully watertight even in fully submerged conditions. It shall have overall depth of 50 mm from horizontal after fixing and 550 mm covered width. The side laps shall be of interlocking type with requirement of mechanical seamer. Cost including if any ridge sheet required, shall be provided. Note: (i) Top sheet 0.60 mm thick colour coated Galvalume sheet metal roofing/Screwless Fixing System. (ii) Bottom/inner lining sheet already fixed at site. (iii) Insulation: This shall be comprising of 100 mm thick Rockwool insulation with aluminum foil each of 50 mm thick with density of 48 kg/cum Over a vapor barrier (Three layers of Aluminum foil). (iv) Sub Grit (Top Hat) 1.5 mm thick Galvaised steel hat section fixed to main purlins, above first layer of insulation, to support the aluminum sheets. (v) Top sheet of 0.60 mm thick physical material properties as specified.

Vapour Control layer : The vapour contol layer to reduce the movement of water vapour from inside the building through the roof construction to reduce the risk of condensation shall consists of 3 layer membrane to be laid continuous across its surface shall be fully sealed at laps, perimeters, penetrations to ensure effectiveness & aluminium foil of 0.50mm thick laid over insulation board.
Designing, supplying, fabricating, testing, transporting, handling and erecting at required positions and levels Structural Steel members for pre engineered building as per approved design and drawing including girders, steel beams,rafters, purlins, cleats, fixing accessories, connection fasteners, girts, wind bracings and all structural members required to support roofing, rain water gutters, lighting windows including epoxy painting and making provisions stated as below including all consumables. This shall comprise of the following : Primary members: Primary members such as transverse rigid frames, curved rafters and wind bracings, bearing frame rafters, supports for rain water gutters etc. using three plate technology or as per approved design (Using Grade 50- 350 mpa yield strength). Secondary Members: Secondary members such as purlins, girts, eaves, struts, wind bracing, flange bracings, base angles, clips, and other miscellaneous structural parts using cold rolled forming technology.( Using 310 mpa Yield strength). Connections: All field connections shall be bolted. primary field connections shall be bolted and shall conform to ASTM- A -325 and Secondary connections shall conform to ASTM- A -307. Provisions as shown in drawing for : a) Openings for windows, ventilators, etc. with suitable steel members or frames on all the sides of the opening. All fabricated structural steel shall be painted with epoxy protective paint of approved make minimum 2 coats and 150 micron dry film thickness of approved colour after surface preparation by sand blasting. 1) All fabrication including welding shall be carried out in the factory only and no site fabrication will be permitted. 2) Detailed design and Drawings , shop drawings shall be prepared by the contractor through specialised pre engineered building agency/ experienced consultant and submitted for approval and detailed design report, Loading details / reactions shall be given for design assesment.3) Conceptual aesthetically pleasing supporting system shall be worked out and submitted for approval before proceeding detailed design.
Providing and fixing 75 mm thick Non Asbestos Fibre Reinforced Aerated Cement Sandwich wall panels of M/S EVEREST INDUSTRIES LTD or approved equivalent quality/ product meeting technical parameters, made out of Light Weight Fibre Reinforced Aerated Cement Concrete Core Composed of Portland Cement, Fly Ash Binders Etc. and 4 to 5 mm thick Non Asbestos Fibre Cement Boards on either Side of the Core having a Tongue and Groove on Longitudinal side of the Modules . These panel Modules are Erected / Installed using Galvanised Iron Steel Tracks of suitable section as per manufactureres specification at bottom and Top of the Wall respectively Including all Necessary Material Required for Erecting and Fixing the Wall Panel Complete as per the Direction of the Engineer in Charge. For Permanent and Exterior Joints the Paste of Sodium Silicate and Fly Ash / Cement to be Applied at Tongue and Groove Interlocking Joints and on Exposed Joints with Acrylic Putty and Fibre Tape on Both Side all as per design, drg and specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Structural steel used for support if any required shall be paid in relevant item) { Note:Necessary cut-outs for Doors & Windows shall be made in the wall panelling. The coils to be go through 4 stages of pre treatment three times of oven baked through conversion coating, priming and finish coat ensuring superior adhesion, high corrosion resistance and good colour stability.The coils to be painted on both sides after degreasing. inside surface to have a primer of 5 microns and a coat of natural colour of 5 microns, exposed surface to have a primer of 5 microns, binder of 5 microns and a top coat of approved colour 15 microns. Grid system for fixing ceiling tiles shall comprise of tees. The 24mm main tee runers shall be suspended at an interval of 1200mm centre to centre. The 24nn cross tee runner shall be suspended at an interval of 600mm centre to centre and further supported with 24mm cross tee with inter locking arrangements to form a Grid of 600mm x 600m. The main tee shall be supported by means of 4mm G.I.rod from slab / roof. The suspension shall be provided at 1200 to 1500mm centre to centre.provision for lights, diffusers etc. to be made including extra supports wherever necessary. A non-woven felt made of glass reinforced fibre glued oner the perforation for sound absorbtion Measurements shall be as per actual area of false ceiling with out deductions for lights and diffusers.
Providing and fixing of profiled 3 mm thick unanodised aluminium gutter with all asssesories including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary hold fastners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC / neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sheet shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically whereever required including C.P brass / stainless screws all complete as per drawings and and directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Cost shall be inclusive of profilling)
Providing minimum 2 mm thick FRP lining on existing RCC Column, beam, Roof Gutter/ slab and other structures / PCC / Brick wall / plastered surface from in side/out side by using two layer of fiberglass chopped strand mat and one layer of finish surface RPT mat with using suitable approved resin and approved shade including carrying out required surface preparation to receive FRP treatment by chipping, scrapping, grinding, removing damaged concrete surface if required and finally testing the integrity of the coat to suit site and as per Technical Specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
Dismantling plain cement concrete manually / by mechanical means carefully without damaging adjacent structures including disposal of debris within 200 m lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Dismantling brick work in Cement mortar carefully without damaging adjacent structures including stacking of materials and dispoal of unserviceable materials within 100 m lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Dismantling old plaster / skirting carefully , raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 100 m lead.

Dismantling of RCC works carefully manually without damaging adjacent structures excluding cutting of reinforcement including stacking of steel reinforcement bars and disposal of unserviceable materials within 200 m lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling Aluminium / Gypsum partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing and false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable surplaus material and stacking of serviceable materials within 100 m lead as directed by the Engineer-in-charge
Providing and fixing double tubular scaffolding system using H- frames with cup lock type on the exterior side upto seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre horizontal and vertical tubes joining with cup and lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S clamps and M.S staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with building etc. wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and as approved by the Engineer -in - charge. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purposes. The payment shall be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding ( Scaffolding will be paid only for Structural Repairs and related items for external faces only)
Providing, painting and finishing walls with two coats of exterior emulusion paint of approved make on sand face plaster/ plain plaster & concrete of required shade including base coat of water proofing cement paint, preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete. as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
Providing, applying wall painting two coats with Lustur paint of approved brand to give an even shade over a coat of cement primer including preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete. as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge
Providing and applying white cement based wall putty of approved make over concrete or Plastered surface up to 3 mm thick to get uniform surface free from undulation including cleaning complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
Providing, applying wall painting two coats on new work with premium plastic emulsion paint of approved brand to give an even shade without cement primer.including preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete. as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and applying French spirit polishing for wooden sufaces with two coats on new works including a coat of wood filler to form a uniform neat finish as directed by the Engineer -in-charge and / or as per the specifications complete as directed by the Engieer-in-charge.
Providing and Painting two coats of synthetic enamel paint on Steel Surfaces of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade without primer coat, including preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete. as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and painting two (or) more coats with Epoxy paint at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer' specifications including a priming coat if specified by the manufacturer, preparation of surface by cleaning with wire brush and rubbing with sand paper to remove dust, dirt etc, after first coat Epoxy based trowelling compound if required, including preparation of the surface by scrapping, applying sand paper,by cleaning with wire brush and rubbing, making free of rust, dirt etc. filling the holes, joints, cracks if any etc. complete.all as per manufacturers technical data and as directed at site to acheive 200 micron film thickness (50 micron primer coat + 150 micron finishing coat).
Carrying out Civil Engineering works like surveying & leveling, checking of formwork fabrication, reinforcement fabrication as per drawings, witnessing sample retrieval & testing for various construction materials, ensuring concrete ingredient ratio at batching plant and pouring of appropriate grade of concrete in plain and reinforced concrete works, ensuring proper mixing of approved ingredients & waterproofing admixtures for mortars and brickwork, plaster, flooring & waterproofing works, and other civil & PH works including supervision of construction safety as per BARC specifications & relevant documentation, compiling, binding and preparation of tender documents & Agreements overall as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Notes :(1)Each Job shall be carried out by one qualified Technician having minimum SSC or Trade certificate in Masonary/Plumber/Carpenter/Painter Trade of less than one year duration from ITI/Government Recognised Vocational Training Institute. (2)Deployment: The contractor shall deploy one Technician for each job for 6 working days per week for minimum 8 ½ hours per day with 30 minutes of break, in General (Ist / IInd) or on Round the clock shift including Saturdays, Sundays & holidays whenever necessary as per the discretion of the Engineer-in-Charge during the contract period. In case of emergency works like continuous pouring of concrete or shutdown/maintainance work, the person will have to stay longer occasionally as per the instruction of the Engineer in-charge. No additional payment will be made on this account. 3) Period of work: The contractor shall carry out 1 Jobs per day for the period (4) Mode of measurement : Measurement will be per job basis. A single job shall be carried out by deploying one Technician exclusively for the particular job.mentioned in NIT. (5) Person should be engage after scrutiny of BARC Engineers and approved by Competent authority.

(2)Deployment: The contractor shall deploy one Engineer for each job for minimum 26 working days per month for minimum 8 ½ hours per day with 30 minutes of break, in General (Ist / IInd) or on Round the clock shift including Saturdays, Sundays & holidays whenever necessary as per the discretion of the Engineer-in-Charge during the contract period. In case of emergency works like continuous pouring of concrete or shutdown/maintainance work, the person will have to stay longer occasionally as per the instruction of the Engineer in-charge. No additional payment will be made on this account.(3) Period of work: The contractor shall carry out 1 (one)/2 (two) Jobs per month as per requirement at site for the period mentioned in NIT.(4) Mode of measurement : Measurement will be per job basis.
