Repairing, Maintenance & Overhauling / Servicing of 2 Ton Capacity Split Air Conditioners alongwith other associated Works at 220KV Substation Budaun and 132KV SAS Substations Ujhani, Bilsi & Sahaswan, with all Cost of Men, Materials, Misc. Consumables, T&Ps etc. Required for Satisfactory Completion of the Work as per Technical Specifications and Direction of the Supervising Engineer, as per Details below : 1. Repairing, Maintenance & Overhauling / Servicing of 2 Ton Capacity Split Air Conditioners (Blue Star make) alongwith other associated Works at 220KV Sub station Budaun, as per Details below : (a) Replacement of 1.5 TR Copland make Compressor (1 No. per A.C.)

(b) Refilling & Topping up of R-22 Gas in Split Air Conditioner (1 Job per A.C.)

(c.) Replacement of Control (PCB) Card in Indoor Unit (1 No. for each A.C.)

(d) Servicing of Split Type A. C. Work Includes complete cleanining of indoor unit & Outdoor units with chemicals and proper testing and commisioning etc.(01 Job Per AC)

2. Repairing, Maintenance & Overhauling / Servicing of 2 Ton Capacity Split Air Conditioner (Daikin make) alongwith other associated Works at 132KV SAS Substation Ujhani, as per Details below : (a) Replacement of 1.5 TR Copland make Compressor (1 No. per A.C.)

(b) Replacement of Control (PCB) Card in Indoor Unit (1 No. for each A.C.)

(c.) Repairing of damaged condenser of outdoor unit to attend Leackage.

(d) Refilling & Topping up of R-22 Gas in Split Air Conditioner (1 Job per A.C.)

(e) Servicing of Split Type A. C. Work Includes complete cleanining of indoor unit & Outdoor units with chemicals and proper testing and commisioning etc.(01 Job Per AC)

3. Repairing, Maintenance & Overhauling / Servicing of 2 Ton Capacity Split Air Conditioner (Hitachi make) alongwith other associated Works at 132KV SAS Substation Bilsi, as per Details below : (a) Replacement of 1.5 TR Copland make Compressor (1 No. per A.C.)

(b) Replacement of damaged condenser fan motor of outdoor unit

(c.) Replacement of damaged fan blade of outdoor condenser unit

(d) Replacement of Control (PCB) Card in Indoor Unit (1 No. for each A.C.)

(e) Refilling & Topping up of R-22 Gas in Split Air Conditioner (1 Job per A.C.)

(f) Servicing of Split Type A. C. Work Includes complete cleanining of indoor unit & Outdoor units with chemicals and proper testing and commisioning etc.(01 Job Per AC)

4. Repairing, Maintenance & Overhauling / Servicing of 2 Ton Capacity Split Air Conditioner (Daikin make) alongwith other associated Works at 132KV SAS Substation Sahaswan, as per Details below : (a) Replacement of damaged condenser fan motor of outdoor unit.

(b) Replacement of damaged fan blade of outdoor condenser unit.

(c.) Replacement of Control (PCB) Card of Fan in Indoor Unit (1 No. for each A.C.)

(d) Replacement of damaged condenser fan motor of outdoor unit.

(e) Refilling & Topping up of R-22 Gas in Split Air Conditioner (1 Job per A.C.)

(f) Replacement of Running and Starting Condensar Set

(g) Replacement of Thermostate 220 Volt AC

(h) Replacement of Air Filter

(i) Servicing of Split Type A. C. Work Includes complete cleanining of indoor unit & Outdoor units with chemicals and proper testing and commisioning etc.(01 Job Per AC)
