M&L for 20mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, win dow-cills, cooking plat forms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including point ing in white cement (1:2) us ing marble dust with admix ture of pigment to match with shade of granite and incl Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 18-20 mm thick kota stone as in floors over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing to achieve mirror finish and rounding chamfered edges where directed complete all as specified and diirected.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in Roof slab, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas /sunken portion of WC/Bath of any thickness complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of damaged concrete along with loose damaged and cracked concrete/cover concrete at all specified locations up to beyond the corroded steel reinforcement to a depth of 10 mm minimum behind the reinforcement by chipping/hacking with chisel and hammer or by mechanical means like chisel hammer, pneumatic chipper including high pressure water jetting to chipped concretand reinforcement and removal and disposal of debris within owners premises including all plant and machineries. Hard concrete shall not be removed. However if the rebar is corroded, concrete around it shall be removed. Depth of chipping may very from 50 mm to150 mm complete with labor, machinery, tools etc. all a directed by Engg.in charge. The edges of repair locations shall be saw cut to a depth of at least 10 mm to avoid feather edgeing and provide a square edge. Removal of dust, loose particles, marine growth etc. from concrete surface manually by wire brush, mechanically or any other means to obtain a sound surface over areas other than above.

Cleaning as directed & specified all rust/ scales/corrosion from reinforcement bars using rust remover agent like Reebaklens RR of Fosroc or equivalent having Specific Gravity 1.16 - 1.22. The material to be applied to the rusted metal using brush and make leaving to dry for 30 mins & washing surface with fresh water as required to exposed reinforcement bars complete as specified.

M&L for providing & applying inhibition coats/system to exposed reinforcement bars after drying & also new bars after cleaning & removing scales and rust completely as specified. Two component inhibitor Nitozinc Primer or equivalent having specific gravity of 1.75, Adhesive bond strength > 1.5 N/mm2, Solid content- 60 %, 40 microns DFT as approved by engineer shall be used as per manufacturers specification in two coats including all labors, tools and tackles, necessary surface preparation and necessary protection after and during work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and applying bond coat on the prepared surface to receive polymer modified mortar/polymer modified micro concrete, with two component epoxy based bonding coat Nitobond EP Std of Fosroc make or equivalent, having specific gravity 1.15 to 1.2 gm/cc, Compressive strength(BS 6319 Pt.2)- 50 Mpa at 7 days, Flexural strength strength(BS 6319 Pt.3)- 35 Mpa at 7 days, Tensile strength (BS 6319 Pt.7)- 20 Mpa at 7 days, Shear Strength (BS 6319 Pt.4)- 10 Mpa at 7 days, having an over lay time of 6 hrs. and 300 C. Laying of reinstatement polymer modified mortar or micro concrete shall be completed within the overlay time of bonding coat. The bond coat act as a bonding coat between old and new concrete. Item rate is inclusive of materials all Labour, tools and tackles, scaffolding and transportation etc. complete as per specified and directed.
