Construction of Minor Bridge on Ral Drain at VCR to Sihana road KM-1 (Ch. 0.950) in Distt. Mathura

Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with approved material. As per MORT&H Specification no. 12.1 (304).

Sand Filling in Foundation Trenches as per Drawing & Technical Specification. As per MORT&H Specification no. 304 (12.03).

PCC 1:3:6 in Foundation Plain Cement concrete 1:3:6 nominal mix in foundation with crushed stone aggregate 40mm nominal size mechanically mixed plsced in foundation and compcted by vibration including curring.

Reinforced Cement Concrete (M-30) in Open Foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications. As per MORT&H Specification no. 12.8G Case II.

Plain/Reinforced cement concrete (RCC M-30) in sub-structure complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications As per MORT&H Specification no. 13.05

Furnishing and Placing Reinforced/ Prestressed (RCC Grade M 30) cement concrete in super-structure as per drawing and Technical Specification. As per MORT&H Specification no. 14.1C.

Providing and laying Cement concrete wearing coat M-30 grade including reinforcement complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications, all complete as per clause 2702 As per MORT&H Specification no. 14.4

Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in super-structure & Sub-Structure and Foundation complete as per drawing and technical specifications. As per MORT&H Specification no. 14.2.

Providing weep holes in Brick masonry/Plain/ Reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall/ return wall with 100 mm dia PVC pipe, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V :20H towards drawing foce. Complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications. As per MORT&H Specification no. 13.8

Providing and Laying boulders apron on river bed for protection against scour with stone boulders weighing not less than 40kg each complete as per drawing and Technical Specification.

Back filling behind abutment, wing wall and return wall complete as per drawing and Technical Specification. As per MORT&H Specification no. 13.9.

Drainage Spouts complete as per drawing and technical specification as per MoRTH Specification No. 14.9

Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 metres By Mechanical Means Cement Concrete Grade M-15 & M-20 CHEPTER-4 SI NO-1

Dewaterng of water trenches during excavation, concreting, masonary works upto sub soil/ water level including hire charges of 5 H.P.

Boring with 100 mm dia casing pipe including lowering & extraction, assembling, loading, unloading & cartage etc (hire charges only).

Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site. spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 as per Technical Specification Clause 303.1. CHEPTER-5 SI NO-21

Supply and Laying of 1000mm dia NP-3 Pipe etc. complete. As per Engineer in charge

Empty Cement Bags of good condition (Plastic) filled with Carted Earth including filling, stiching and stacking at side of filling.

Providing, laying spreading & compacting of granular sub-base by providing well graded (Gr-1) materials, spreading in uniform layers with Motor Grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in placed method with Rotovator at OMC and compacting with in layers with smooth wheeled Vibratory Roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per MORD clause 401.1 & as directed by Engineer Incharge including all machinery charges & including all labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting machine crushed stone ballast of approved quarry of 63~45mm size to water bound macadam of G-2 specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing rolling with power roller 8 to 10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming with crushable screening material i.e. stone dust to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering & rolling making necessary earthen bund to protect edges, lighting, guarding, barricadding etc. including the cost of all materials, labour, T & P etc. required for proper completion of work aas per MORD specifications no 405

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting machine crushed stone ballast of approved quarry of 53~22.4mm size to water bound macadam of G-3 specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing rolling with power roller 8 to 10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming with crushable screening material i.e. stone dust to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering & rolling making necessary earthen bund to protect edges, lighting, guarding, barricadding etc. including the cost of all materials, labour, T & P etc. required for proper completion of work aas per MORD specifications no 405

Providing & applying Primer Coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spreading primer at the rate of 0.70 Kg./Sqm. Using machanical means. Before Applying prime coat, the surface will be cleaned with Machanical broom and water will also be sprinkled with water tanker to keep the surface Moist. The Prime coat will be applied 24 hrsbefore the application of bituminous course including all Taxes, Material, Labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work. As per MORD specification No. 502

Providing & applying Tack Coat with bitumen VG-10 using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 Kg./Sqm. on the prepared existing Bituminious Surface, cleaned with Machanical broom, including all Taxes, Material, Labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work, as per MORD specification No. 503 (Rates including of Bitumen VG-10)

Providing, laying & rolling of open graded Premix Carpet of 20mm thickness composed of 13.2mm to 5.60mm aggregates including mixing in a suitable plant, laying & rolling with a three wheeled 80-100KN Static Roller capacity, finished to required level & grades Bitumen @ 14.6 Kg./ 10 sqm. area for premixing including all Taxes, Material, Labour and T&P etc required for proper completion of the work, as per MORD specification No. 508.

Providing and laying seal coat type "C" sealing the voids in a bituminous surfsce P.C. surface laid to specified levels grade and cross fall using with 6.7 mm nominal size grit of approved quarry @ 0.09 cum per 10sqm with Bitumen @ 6.50 kg/10sqm including heating of Bitumen to the required temperature and including all material , Labour & T&P etc. as per Clause 510 case-III of MORD Specification.

Note - 1- Rates are inclusive of all taxes but excluding GST which shall be paid extra as applicable 2- Labour cess @ 1% will be deducted from contractor's bill at the time of payment
