Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc .including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubing down with water etc .

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Suuply only Liquid water proofing comound

Preparing new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement based paint all as specified .

M&L Preparation of old painted Steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described, two coad of synthetic enamel paint

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar as directed.

M & L Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete as specified and directed.

M&L for demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description not other specifically provided for drain and removal of debris to a distance not exc 50 mts and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point all as specified and as directed.

PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channel drains complete all as specified

M&L extra over forming fair finished drains or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped ends etc complete all as specified

S&F Plain mild steel wire of dia 4.00, galvanised class 3, in fencing including straining and fixing to wood, cocrete or steel posts and/ or to straining bolts, including securing with and provision of galvanised iron tying wire, galvanised iron staples or steel pins, etc. as directed.
