PERIODICAL SERVICES AND (SMART PAINTING) AND REPAIR TO RCC CHAJJAS, FACIA COLUMNS, BEAMS AND CONNECTED ITEMS TO INTERNAL/EXTERNAL SURFACES AND ROOF TREATMENT AND RWP OF BLDGS IN OD COMPLEX UNDER GE (EAST) MATHURA

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, concrete surface etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement and sand mortar 1:4 on other than fair faces of brick work or cement concrete surfaces including finishing the surface even and fair, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:6 finished even & smooth without using extra cement,complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in cement and sand mortar 1:3 on fair faces of concrete surfaces as in ceiling including finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for repairing the edge / corner of Chajja / roof projection and similar work by removing plaster width / girth not exceeding 150 mm and making good with 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 to match with existing surface complete all as specified.

M & L for removal of existing old painted surface and applying two coats of 100% premium acrylic exterior emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre & excellent protection against UV, Alkali & Fungal resistance, exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/10 Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied at 0.90 litre/10 Sqm over new surfaces upto tripple storey with fully utomatic airless spray machine of paint application having an electric motor of min 1 HP with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per min having pressure 3300 PSI. Allow 6-8 hours to dry the surface of both coat of paint to achieve excellent application with 5 years perfomance warranty from manufacturers and instruction complete using limited man power including scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles and necessary safety measures for upto triple storey buildings, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surfaces of walls and applying one coat of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and as directed.

M&l for preparation of old surfaces of wall and applying one coat of whitewash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surface of ceiling and applying one coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coats of Distemper oil emulsion, white or tinted over 1-2 mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.
