Required1) The Manufacturers for the products Larvicides/Adulticides should be registered with Central Insecticide Board (CIB) for the quoted products and should submit the same and ISI registration. -Mandatory.
Required2) The Larvicides/Adulticides shall approve by the NCVBDCP/WHO guidelines.
Required3) The Bidder should submit marketing endorsement principle certificate (MEPC) in Telangana.
Required4) The Bidder should be a Direct Manufacturer having valid manufacturing license/ including product License whichever is applicable issued by the Licensing authority concerned
Required5) A Manufacture can authorize to only one bidder for the item in the tender.
Required6) The bidder should submit the non conviction certificate for the quoted products issued by the agriculture dept.
Required7) Tender Inviting Agency reserves the right to increase or decrease the tendered quantity on the basis of the actual needs or as per the directions of the Commissioner, GHMC/Zonal Commissioners of GHMс.
Required8) Previous supply experience in GHMC jurisdiction. - Priority.
Required9) The penal charges levied by the Tender Inviting Agency for the delay in supply of products after the expiry of stipulated period mentioned in the supply conditions of the tender at the rate mentioned therein.
Required10) Bidder (Manufacturer) must have their Own Manufacturing Units with valid manufacturing license for each product or the Authorized Distributor should have Authorization Certificate from the Manufacturer whose products are supplied who in turn should posses manufacturing license for each product.
Required11) The expiry dates printed on the Labels of products shall be in accordance with the Larvicides/Adulticides & Cosmetics Act and Rules.
Required12) Minimum expiry period for products with 3 years shelf life should not be less than 2 years of the shelf life as on the date on which the store receives the product.- Mandatory.
Required13) The low Mammalian toxicity when used according to label instructions and submit product Quality Certificate enclosed. QC Certificate Mandatory
Required14) Rates should mention with GST & labor/transport charges bare by the bidder.
Required15) The bill shall pay subject to availability of funds in GHMC. The bills submit in triplicate & the audit section follow as per norms due procedure.
Required16) The Commissioner/Zonal commissioners reserve the right to debar the firm form participating further tenders at any stage, if the firm fails to execute of 100% of ordered quantity.
Required17) The Superintend of Engineers duly producer as per e-tender Procurement norms with financial & Technical other Missing conditions in respective zones in GHMС.
