M&L for attending, repair and rectification of external LT electric supply compliants on 1100 Volts grade, under ground / over head system alongwith necessary T & P, safety devices as per site requirement for the following type of complaints complete all as specified and directed:- 1.01 Replacement of wornout jumpers, jointing and tightening with new ACSR conductor. Note:- Single phase or 3 phase system will be considered as one job for payment purpose.

Disconnecting from over head conductor, cutting worn out portion of LT cables of any type and size, carry out repairs including taking out cables from under ground loop line and rejoining the same to restore electric supply. Notes:- (i) LT Jointing kits, Cable protection Pipe if required at site will be measured and paid separately. (ii) Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of cutting and removing the Pole coping and inserting the cable along with protection pipes.Note for Item Nos: 1.01 & 1.02 :- (a) The contractor will be alloted complaints at MES complaint cell on daily basis on all working days and sufficient resources will be deployed by him / her for completion of day to day comaplaints within 24 Hrs from the time of reporting. Any delay beyond above mentioned time limit without intimation of sufficient cause, penalties will be recovered twice of the quoted rate for each un-attended complaint. (b) A detailed log of complaints with completion/non-completion remarks from users/MES will be maintained by the contractor and the same will be updated on daily basis in consulatation with Engr-in-Charge or JE E&M as detailed.(c) The contractor will make suitable arrangment for emergency complaints and will notify authorised rep/Engr-in-Charge about extraordinary circumstances for probable non-completion or delay in rectification of complaints beyond stated time limit set for disposal of complaint. In case of any dispute the decision of accepting officer will be final and binding in this regard. (d) The contractor will intimate MES authority well in advance if electric shutdown is required during rectification of complaints. (e) The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of transportation and other expenses required for the resource deployment at the complaint site around scattered Military station at Bharatpur. (f) The contractor will maintain location wise record of each spare utilized as per inventry format given by AGE E/M, Bharatpur and the same shall be submitted to E/M store on daily basis.

S&F in replacement of old unserviceable lugs after cutting the worn out /faulty cable end from LT pillar/panel box including necessary earth work for taking out the cable from loop line, returning, filling in and making cable lead by providing aluminium lugs including crimping with crimping tools in the existing LT cable 3.5 core upto 50 Sqmm including necessary connection complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 2 above but aluminium lugs of size 70 to 120 Sq mm.

All as per item No 2 here-in-before but aluminium lugs of size 150 to 185 Sq mm.

Excavation in trenches, n. exc 1.5 Mtr wide and n. exc 1.5 Mtr in depth for foundation/laying of cable and getting out in soft/loose soil.

Removing of excavated soil to a distance n. Exc 50 Mtr and depositing where directed at a level n. Exc 1.5 Mtr above the starting point

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n. Exc 25 cm thick.

Supply & spread unwashed dry river sand for sand cushioning and covering the under ground cable in trenches. (Note :- Punning thickness shall be measured.)

M&L for brick protection with sub Class`B` bricks old size laid dry, flat over cable perpendicular across the cable in trenches complete all as directed.

Taking out Unsv U/G cable PVC insulated armoured PVC sheathed / Al. Conductor, LT type of 10 sqmm to 16 sqmm any size.

Taking out Unsv U/G cable PVC insulated armoured PVC sheathed / Al. Conductor, LT type of 35 sqmm to 70 sqmm any size.

Taking out Unsv U/G cable PVC insulated armoured PVC sheathed / Al. Conductor, LT type of 120 sqmm to 185 sqmm any size.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C1 using 20mm grade stone aggregate in foundation including necessary form work complete all as specified.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in coping of poles struts, posts etc including necessary form work, finished the exposed surfaces fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviciable Pole of any type of size supplying, errecting and fixing steel tubular swaged poles with cast iron base plate of size 300mm x 300mm x 6mm, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws for type 410 SP-31 (9.0 metres long) including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of redoxide primer on all exposed surfaces and tarring with black bituminous paints to embedded portion in PCC and providing 3 Nos of 30cm wide circular bands with black & yellow paint starting from plinth level at a gap of 30 cm in between 2 bands and numbering of poles, in yellow paint over black painted back ground at a height of 2m from bottom of pole with 5 cm large bold letters 2" (inch) wide including taking down old unserviceable PCC poles of any type complete all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation, earth work, PCC in foundation and coping shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule.

Repair/maintenance, excluding major spares but including regualr maintenance of the Automatic Power factor correction panel capacity up to 120 KVARs and up to12 stages installed at various locations including carrying out complete maintenance/repairs as required of all the sub systems viz. based control panels, feeder pillar, APFC relay, Power capacitor bank, Power contactors, Control wiring, Monitoring CT, MCBs/MCCBs for isolation (with all the accessoires) any breakdown maintenance and replacement of unserviceable parts, refixing of old serviceable parts/new parts if any project completion and trouble shooting responsibility also lies with contractor including following provisions complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- (i) Rate quoted by tenderer is deemed to be inclusive of checking of system, replacement of defective control wiring, small part such as Push button, lugs any auxilary contatct,auto selctor switch etc and necessary servicing repair by authorised rep of company.
