M&L RCC (nominal mix) Type B1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in Beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span, etc basement slab under ream piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of formwork to soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunching ,grider, bressumber, lintels,cantilever ,sleves including supports ,over hang etc also splay between floor and beams to rough finish surface of concrete flat complete all as specified and directed.

M&L TMT mild steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with theincluding mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mmdia or securing with clips quality conforming to complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 8 above but 6 to 8mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (woods, steel or RCC) any section including taking out embedded portion in concrete/ brick work masonry etc and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for RCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in cills, steps; seismicand other similar bands, plinth courses,copings,chajjas, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs supported on wall,decks slab etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of fencing wire mesh of any type complete all as specified and directed
