Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of fire-cum-smoke motorized damper as required, the blades and frame shall be minimum 1.6 mm thick GI sheet and factory-fitted in a sleeve made out of 1.6 mm thick GS sheet of min 400 mm length, as & where required, of required sizes including control wiring. The damper shall be motorized and have spring-return mechanism so as to close the damper in the event of power failure automatically and open the same in case of power being restored. The spring return action shall have in-built mechanism and not externally mounted. For smoke extraction, necessary control arrangement shall be provided for passive smoke control system in the event of fire signal. The dampers shal be CBRI tested and certified for 90 minute fire rating against flame penetration as per UL standard 555-1995. The assembly shall be complete in all respects, as required. Supply, Installation, Testing & commissioning of LT Panel board Manufactured from CPRI approved manufcturer, fabricated out of 2mm thick CRCA sheet floor-mounted front and back operated LT PANEL( Qty-01 No), as per IEC 61439, for 415V, 3-phase, 4-wire 50 HzAC supply system, each cubical shall be fabricated in compartmentalized design with CRCA sheet steel of 2mm thickness for frame work and covers, 2mm thickness for gland plates i/c cleaning & surface treatment with 9-tank process before powder coating in approved shade, having specified below Amp capacity extensible type TPN aluminium alloy bus bars with suitable rating neutral to high conductivity, MC/SMC bus bar supports, with short circuit withstand capacity of 35kA for 1 sec, bottom base channel of MS section not less than 100mm x 75mm x 5mm thick, fabrication shall be done in transportable sections, entire panel shall have a common copper earth bar of size 32mm x 5mm at the rear with 2 Nos earth stud, solid connections from main bus bar to switch gears with required sizes, with earth bus, Al bus bars, numbering & sign writing, interconnection &control wiring including the cost of connection through bus bar /copper conductor flexible connection with necessary interlocking as per requirement with PVC insulated FRLS copper conductor single core cable, cable alleys, cable gland plates in two halves, i/c providing following switch gears: (a) LL Digital electronic MFM cum kWh meter where provided shall be equipped with communication port & three-phase indicating lamps protected by 2 Amps SP MCBs. (b) 415/110V suitable rating control transformer shall be provided for aux control supply. (c) Wiring with space heater, thermostat and control MCBS shall be provided for all vertical sections of main LT panel.

NOTES for item No 1.01 to 1.41 above (a) The rate shall be inclusive of Designing of Central AC plant along with specifications and submitted dully vetted by IIT / NIT/ Government Enginnering college . (b) The parameters against each items shown above is for guideline only. The specifications suggested by the Govt certified Charted Engineer and approved by Accepting Officer shall superseeded to the given specifications above and the rates are deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (c) The completion of the work shall be issued in phased manner. Provisional completion of the work shall be issued After physical execution of the work at site complete in all respect. (d) The complete central AC Plant schematic / line plan layout shall be approved by the contractor from Accepting officer before commncement of work (e) The Phase -I completion of the work shall be issued after 24 hours of Phase-I Test to be conducted in presence of IEM, Engg-in-charge , GE and users Representative. (f) The Phase -II ( summer / mansoon / winter ) Tests shall be carried out by The Rep of Accepting Officer /IEM. (g) After issue of Phase I completion, the Plant shall be operated by the contractor till completion of Phase -II and up to full satisfaction of GE/ Engg-in-charge) as per the contract provisions. (h) The Defect liability period of the contract shall start after the completion of all phase-II tests ). (j) The central AC Plant drawing layout designed and prepared by IIT / NIT / Government Enginnering college shall be submitted by the contractor for approval of the Accepting officer. (k) Recommendations of CFEES shall be incorporated while designing the AC Plant.
