Providing & fixing CONCERTINA COIL FENCING with required dia 600mm up to 3m height of wall with exiting angle iron 'Y' shaped placed 2.4m or 3.00m apart and with 9 horizontal RBT stud tied with GI clips to retain horizontal including necessary bolts or GI barbed wire tied to angle iron all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge with reinforced barbed tape (RBT) / Spring core (2.5mm thick) wire of tensile strength of 165 kg /sqmm with tape (0.52mm thick) of Supreme make or equivalent and weight 43.478gm/m (cost of MS angle, CC blocks shall be paid separately).

Providing and laying cement concrete using graded hard granite stone aggregate of 20mm nominal size obtained from approved quarry including formwork, compaction, finishing, plastering the concrete surface in CM 1:2 (Cement: fine aggregate as per IS: 1542) - 12mm thick, curing, etc.; IN BED BLOCKS, ANCHOR BLOCKS, WINDOW CILLS, COPING BLOCKS, etc.; up to floor five level complete all as per specifications. Mix ratio specified is for Cement : fine aggregate as per IS: 383 : graded hard granite stone aggregate. The work includes providing throating/ drip mould wherever required as per standard engineering practice of size not be less than 40mm X 15mm. The rate is inclusive for making drip mould & no extra cost will be paid for. PCC 1:2:4 (Using fine aggregate (Crushed stone sand produced by crushed hard stone / rock))

Constructing RANDOM RUBBLE MASONRY using available hard granite stones obtained from approved quarry with bond stones at 2m apart in cement mortar in every course in mixes stipulated below without pinning on face, but including raking out joints including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 fine aggregate as per IS: 2116 : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) at window sills, ceiling level and the like, curing, scaffolding, etc.; complete as per specifications IN SUPERSTRUCTURE UPTO FLOOR FIVE LEVEL. The mix ratio specified is for Cement : fine aggregate as per IS: 2116) Dressing of stones and quoins shall be as follows: DRESSING: Stone shall be hammer dressed on the face, the sides and the beds, to enable it to come into close proximity with the neighbouring stone. The bushing in the face shall not project more than 4cm on an exposed face and 1cm on a face, to be plastered. The hammer dressed stone shall also have a rough tooling for a minimum width of 2.5cm along the 4 edges of the face of stone. Quoins: Neatly dressed with the hammer or chisel to form the required angle and laid header and stretcher alternately. Theses stones shall have a minimum of 2.5cm wide chisel draft at 4 edges, all the edges being in the same plane. Pointing on Stone work with Cement Mortar 1:3 (cement : fine aggregate as per IS: 1542) including raking out joints, scaffolding, curing, finishing neat, etc.; complete all as per specifications for HEIGHTS UP TO 10M ABOVE GROUND LEVEL.
