Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and n.exc. 1.5 m deep and getting out in hard/dense soil for laying of UG cables all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc. 25 cm thickness with hard/dense soil all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated materials (soils) to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc1.5 m above the starting point all as specified and as directed.

Earth cushioning to UG cables using excavated soil riddled by using large sieve to separate the composite particles/roots etc and refilling in trenches all as specified and as directed. Note: Punned thickness will be measured for payment.

Supply and lay burnt bricks sub-class 'B' designation 75 for cable protection all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing XLPE insulated, armoured, electric cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross section area 240 Sqmm 3.5 core confirming to IS : 7098-1985 laid in trenches, in floor, in duct, through pipes or along the pole including taking down unserviceable cable and incl the distrubence surface of road making good with using PCC, fixing the cable with suitable size glands, crimping type lugs etc all as specified and directed.all as directed. Supply, Installing, testing and commissioning, factory made IP65 thermoplastic polycorbonate / 3.15 mm thick CRCA steel sheet LT panel board outdoor type, weather, vermin proof, mounted on plateform/floor for 440 volts, 3 phase 4 wire 50 HZ AC supply system of 1 incomming and three outgoing, degree of protection IEC 60529 enclosure with cable chamber and copper busbar 1.5 times of rated current (250 Amps) of incoming MCCB with heat shrink insulation and mounting insulators, ventilation arrangement, size of panel 1150x950x500 mm with mounting leg and taking down the old panel board all as directed all as specified and directed including the following:- (a) Incoming MCCB 4 Pole 250 Amp -01 No (b) Outgoing MCCB 4 Pole 125 Amps -01 No (c) Outgoing MCCB 4 Pole 63 Amps -02 No (d) RYB indication lamps - 1 Set, (e) Digital Multifunction meter -01 No each (f) Current transformer - 1 Set, (g) Control wiring -1 set, (h) Control wiring fuse with fuse holder - 06 Nos, Make - Hensol, Sintex, Legrand or equivalent Note : (i) The height of panel should be 0.60 mtr from ground level with PCC foundation. Supply and fixing LED security light fitting 35 watts pressure die cast aluminium housing ,electrinic driver unit and LED lamp with refelector and IP 66 protection including necessary mounting bracket with nut bolts and mounting on wall or roof etc including taking down unserviceable fitting all as directed.

Disconnecting the electric supply from the existing LT Panel/Transformer/LT poles and meggering the LT under ground cable any type & size for its IR value and ensuring the servicebility by LT megger, locating the faults by cable fault locating insturment suitable to locate and pin point faults in LT cables for any distance and reconnect the LT cable including jointing the cable at fault location with straight through cable jointing kit heat shrinkable type for 1100 volts grade cable with jointing material and accessories, cutting the bitumin road, Excavation in trenches nexc, 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m deep and getting out complete in hard/dense soil for taking out and making good of disturbed surfaces as per existing finish all as specified and as directed. Note : Cable Joint kit will be measured and paid seperately.

Supply and fixing for straight through cable jointing kit heat shrinkable type joint for 1100 volts grade cable complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3.5/4 core XLPE/PVC insulated armoured aluminium conductor cable for the size 70 to 150 sqmm all as specified and directed. Supply and fixing for straight through cable jointing kit heat shrinkable type joint for 1100 volts grade cable complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3.5/4 core XLPE/PVC insulated armoured aluminium conductor cable for the size 185 to 240 sqmm all as specified and directed. Make - Raychem, M seal, Denson etc

Supply and fix MCCB four pole 200 A 36 KA 415 V, ajustable type with spider terminal link of existing frame including taking down unserviceable MCCB,s all as directed. Make: L&T/Siements/Havells /Schnieder

Supply and fix MCCB four pole 250 A 36 KA 415 V, ajustable type with spider terminal link of existing frame including taking down unserviceable MCCB,s all as directed. Make: L&T/Siements/Havells /Schnieder

Supply and fix MCCB four pole 400 A 36 KA 415 V, ajustable type with spider terminal link of existing frame including taking down unserviceable MCCB,s all as directed. Make: L&T/Siements/Havells /Schnieder

Excavation by trenchless technology by boring of holes under main roads, pavement, hard standing at a depth not less than 2 m below the normal round level by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine including GI pipe light grade 80 mm dia suitable for 0.4 MPA working pressure.

M&L for cutting of existing bituminous road/path/hard standing suitable for laying cable protection pipe 80/50 mm dia under the road/path/hard standing at a depth not less than 60 cm below the normal ground level, returining filling soil and making good the disturbed surface of road/path/hard standing by using cement contrete mortar 1:2:4 type B1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate 0.30 mtr wide and 0.30 mtr thick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for servicing of LT Panel board double door with canopy by cleaning with blower/replacement of lugs if any, replacemenmt of burned out copper wiring if any, cleaning and tightening of MCCB terminal connections, rectifying the loose connections, repairing or easing of door locking arrangement including hinges all as specified and as directed.
