Rectification of columns, beams, slabs, brick work and sunshade by dismantling and chipping distressed portion removing the rusted reinforcement by using wire brush and by sand blasting cleaning, compressed air and water washing, applying anti corrosive inhibitor coating at the rate of 1.20kg/m2 over the affected area as per specification given by the manufacturing guniting with cement mortar 1:3 (one of cement and three of P-sand) to an average thickness of 40mm under required pressure and then neatly finishing including hire charges for guniting machineries and all tools and plants, labour charges, fuel charges including all leads for portable with water including curing 7 days and all other incidental charges etc. complete.

Paving the floor with best approved quality fine polished Kota stone slabs of size 600 x 600 and above 20mm thick with machine cut edges laid over a cement mortar bed of 20mm thick using cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three crushed stone sand) with required Cement Slurry and Mortar Plasticizer fixing the slabs in true right angles with minimum possible width of joints and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with mathcing colouring pigments and polishing with floor polisher to a high degree of finish etc., complete complying with standard speicification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The kota stone slabs and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work)

Providing and Fixing of polyurethane foam for Sloped roofas thermal insulation panels or Sandwich insulated panels with external 0.50mm total coated thickness pre painted Galvalume sheet with trapezoidal roofing profile having crest height of 38mm at every 333mm span, whereas internal 0.50mm total coated thickness pre painted galvanized iron sheet with micro ribbed profile and the insulation material will be chlorofluoro carbon and hydro chlorofluoro carbon free, high performance rigid polyurethane foam (PUF) conforming to IS 12436 having density not less than 40±2Kg/M3, Thermal conductivity (K-Value) 0.024 W/m.K measured at 10 degree C mean temperature along with necessary flashings such as L flashing, C flashing etc& accessories such as screws ,fastners ,sealants etc for fixing the panel etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Manufacturig, supplying of 32 mm x32 mm x 2.6mm @ 2.26 Kg/m MS square tube for ,Purlin,Rafter,Horizontal stiffener including cost of welding, finishing with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a primer coat including cost of transportation, loading and unloading welding etc., complete.

Painting Old Plastered Wall Surface with One finishing coats of ready mixed Interior (Emulsion) of approved quality and colour over the existing wall in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.(The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Painting Old iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with One coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
