Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) n exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hardcore of gauge n.exc. 63 mm, with broken stone or boulder, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC type C1,1:3:6 using 20mm graded crushed stone agg,in kerbs, mud stops rounded or chamfered on edges of path straight or curved complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brickwork with old size fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius as in half brick thick walls, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (Using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base of floor/ floor path complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre polished cement concrete chequred tile with grey cement and no pigment of approved quality size 300X300X 25mm thick on floors over and including 15 mm thick screed bed cement mortar 1:6 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with colour to match the tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finishing surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on external surfaces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new undecorated surface of wall and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatement of internal wall and applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc.removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc as per existing specification complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring with 1.5 Sq mm single core PVC insulated unsheathed copper FRLSH multi stranded conductor cable in and including Concealed PVC conduit of size 20/25mm ISI marked inclusive of tees ,bend ,elbows etc upto and including sunk in Anodized pressed steel box for housing switch socket etc with white laminated 3 mm thick sheet cover ISI marked of suitable size complete including PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor 1.5 Sq mm FRLSH cable as earth wire to common earth dolly for connection to ceiling rose to earth terminal incl cutting, chasses and making good disturbed surface to match with existing finish with plaster for complete all as specified and directed.

(Note : The Scope of Work contained in 'Sch of Credit' amounting to Rs. 99,564.00. The Quoted sum shall be arrived at after deducting the amount of “Sch of Credit” from the total amount of the ‘BoQ’
