Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15 cm thickness ( below or above ground level) and disposing the rubbish to a distance exceeding 1500 Mtr & outside of MoD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 ( 40 mm graded aggregate) as in sub-base, complete all specified and directed.

M&L for 40 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 ( 20mm graded aggregate ) as in hardstanding, finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of 75 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors,including taking down old pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for concrete glossy cadbury chequered tile 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, with grey pigment cement and pigments set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors, over 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded agg) in kerbs, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rough finished surfaces of concrete formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads, break in floor, window cills, concrete railing, opening in concrete wall, floor and roof n.exc 20cm wide and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exc 10cm but n.exc 20 cm wide complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling stone slabs or tiles of any description or thickness in floor complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L of 75 mm thick cement concrete type D-2 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base for interlocking all as specified.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness M-35 grade including 30mm thick sand coushing under floor or in foundation including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

- ditto - all as per item No.10 but except tile and including sand cushioning taken from dismantling complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling kerb stone for any description and any size complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage open where ever required complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated surface of any description over 10cm girth or width, and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of priming paints plaster coat not otherwise described complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of brick masonry work built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Chrage.

Removing mortar from and cleaning bricks, stacking for measurement including all extra handling and removal and disposing off rubbish cement mortar.

M&L for brick work with sub class "B" bricks (old size) straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, built in cement mortar(1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class except "B" bricks (old size) straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, built in cement mortar(1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work on concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall & applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer (chalk whiting ) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for hand packing of broken bricks of any thickness at raising (or lowering) to the required level complete all as speciffied and directed.

M&L for plastic dividing strips, 38mm in width and 1.5mm in thickness complete all as speciffied and directed.
