AMC for expert supervisory services
Expert Engineer Charge: Expert Engineer charge per day for 8 working hours (09:00 AM to 06:00 PM with 1hr lunch) on per-diem basis on normal working days from Monday to Saturday. Unit rate is for one person. Day shall be counted from the date of reporting at Barauni Refinery (BR) site and half day shall be counted for the journey date from one side i.e., from Vendor's works to BR Site & vice versa.
OT Charges for Expert Engineer: Overtime charges shall be for working beyond 1800 hrs and upto 2200 hrs on normal working day (Monday to Saturday).
Travelling charges: To & Fro economy class Air Fare for Expert Engineer from Vendor's works (Kolkata) to Patna plus taxi fare from Patna airport to Barauni refinery site & return. Payment shall be reimbursed as per actual on submission of flight ticket plus original boarding pass for air fare and taxi payment receipt/invoice (original) for taxi fare from Patna airport to BR site & return only. or To & Fro Train fare (up to 2nd AC) from vendor's works (Kolkata) to Barauni/Begusarai/Hathitha/Mokameh railway station. Payment shall be reimbursed as per actual on submission of train ticket (original) for train fare.
