Excavation in trenches n. exc. 1.5m wide and n. exc. 1.5m in depth in hard/dense soil for laying of GI/CI pipes and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in and including spreading, levelling,watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm. Complete all as specified.

Removing excavated material n. exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 m above the starting piont complete all as directed.

M&L for replacement of old UNSV GI tubing 100mm dia medium grade galvanized iron tubing laid in trenches, walls and ceilings or laid in floors with all fittings in such as tees, bend, elbows, sockets reducer ,nipples and union, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per srl item No 4 here in before but of size 80mm bore.

M&L for Replacement of Cast iron pipes of size 80mm dia bore with spigot and socket ends centrifugally cast. Class LA, in any length, laid in trenchesall as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out old unserviceable sluice valve, supply and fix new cast iron sluice valve flange type of 100mm dia PN 1.6 grade with stainless steel spindle & brass check nut (non raising spindle type conforming to IS-14846) including fixing to pipe line with nuts, bolt and washers, rubber gaseket (neouprene) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for burning out lead joint in any position including removing old lead joint and making new lead joint for CI pipe of 150mm bore pipes, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out old unserviceable Non return valve of size 100mm and S/F new NRV ISI marked including complete fitting item with jointing materials such as nuts, bolts, washers and rubber gasket etc of suitable size all as specified and directed.

Repair of stone masonary valve pit size 90x90x120cm (internal dimention) including stone work, PCC work and MS sheet work as per site requirment, Complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of gun metal gate valve ISI marked cast copper alloy screwed down high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle screwed both ends for iron pipe or for union and fixed complete all as specified for the size 80mm dia bore, including taking down old, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
