i) Disel Engine Supply ,installation ,testing and commissioning of silent type DG set conforming to latest environment protect ion regulation for emission and noise level comprising of radiator cooled vertical multi-cylinder diesel engine equipped with flywheel having Prime Power Rating of following KVA 415 Volts at 1500 RPM ,0.8 lagging Power factor at 415 volt suitable for 50 Hz, 3 phase system & for 0.8 Load Factor and consisting of the following. Rating of DG : 250KVA Eelectric Start Diesel Engine 1500 R.P.M Turbocharged and air-to-air charge cooled ,Rediator cooled ,4 Stroke , heavy duty,power generation diesel engine as per IS1002/BS5514/ISO3046, capable of taking 10% over loading for one hour after 12 hours of continuous operation at 50 dge C the engine will be fitted complete with all following accessorise Freewheel with Freewheel housing Inlet manifold and oil bath air cleaners Gear type Lube Oil pump Lube oil Filter Electronic Fuel Injection system with injector Pump Nozzles Electronic Governor Fuel Filtter (Double bowl) Engine mounted instrument Panel fitted with and having digital display for following: Start-stop switch with key Water temperature indication Lubrication oil pressure indication Battery charging indication RPM indication Over speed indication Low lub. Oil trip indication Engine Hours indication ii) Alternator Brush less type ,Synchronous ,A.C.Generators continuously rated for 415 Volts,3 phase, 4 wire,50 HZ, 0.8 power factor (lagging) at 1500 RPM,4 Pole, screen protected ,drip proof,horizontal foot-mounted type,self-excited,self regulated with static excitation system ,Class „H“ insulation.The Alternator is capable of developing rated output & able to take 10% overload for one hour at every 12 hrs of operation. The Alternator shall confirm to IS: 4722 /BS:2613 and will be suitable for tropical condition.

iii) Starting System 12V / 24V DC starting system comprising of stsrter motors: voltage regulator and arrangement for initial excitation complete with suitable nos. of batteries as required as per specifications. Acoustic and weather proof enclosure with arrangement for fresh air intake for cooling of the engine & alternator extraction ,discharging hot air in to the atmosphere as per specifications. iv) AMF Panel Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of vertical floor mounting free standing, extensible on either side, compartmentalised cubical type panel board made of 14 SWG CRCA sheet suitable for 415V, 50 HZ, AC , 3 Phase and neutral system having the following features panel shall be designed to ensure that the weight of the components is adequately supported without deformation or loss in allignment. The doors of the cubicle shall be fitted with dust excluding neoprene gaskets with fastners for proper compression of the gaskets. Panel shall be multitier comparmentalised cubical type, extensible on either side and shall be treated with all anticorrosive process before painting with two coats of zine chromate primer and final approved shade of enamel paint. All the MCCBs shall be provided with extended rotary operated mechanism. Safety interlocks are toe be provided to prevent the doors of the compartments housing the MCCBs to prevent the doors to open when the MCCBs are 'ON' position. The panel shall also comprise of necessary meters, CTs, protection MCBs/HRC fuses, indication lamps relays, lifting bolts, label inscriptions (metalic engraved identification tags) describing the rating of the breakers, bus couplers, designation of the feeders etc including all other accessories, complete as per IE rules and regulations conforming to relevant IS and duly approved by the EIC incl. to comp. the same The rate shall include necessary cutting chases, and mending good damages to original finish as per direction of EIC & The panel shall have the following major components.

INCOMER 400A, 4P electrically operated, thermo-magnetic based MCCB ( make Siemens / ABB/ L&T/ Legrand) of rated service voltage upto 690V, 50 HZ with manual push buttons, indications, current sensors, CTs, etc ---- 2 nos Icu-36 KA for 1 Sec. (at 415V, 50 HZ), Ics=100% Icu thermo-magnetic S/C & O/C releases. 600A, 415V, 50HZ, 31 MVA Amps symmetrical continuous rated Tined CU busbars ( 40 mm x 10 mm for phases and 40 mm x 10 mm for neutral) Busbars shall be of continuous rated Tined Copper adequate for speciifed rated continuous and short circuit current covered by, proper graded heat shrinkable PVC sleeves (colour coded). Busbars shall be supported by suitable hylaml/DMC/SMC or compatable insulator supports. HIgh tensile bolts and springs washers are to be provided on all busbars and suitable drilled holes for connection joints. The busbars shall have a throuth fault withstand capacity of 31 MVA, RMS symmetrical for one second. the interconnections between the busbars and the circuit breakers shall be made by continuous rated Aluminium strips suitably covered by proper graded heat shrinkable colour coded PVC sleeves. Base foundation for the Installation of DG ( Appx .
