Operation & Routine Maintenance of HVAC Plant of 3 X 300TR Chillers, 3 X 17 TR split ACs, Cooling Towers, pumps, AHU's, Ventilating fans, Inline fans, Control Panels, VFD's & FCU's, water treatment plant etc. includes operation of equipments, monitoring, recording various parameters, Preventive maintenance as per tender conditions covered under this contract By providing following mentioned Manpowers in required shifts per day as decided by Engineer-In-Charge including Sundays & Holidays. Manpower Required - (a) AC Technician - Skilled - 01 No. - General Shift (06 Days in a Week) (b) Operator-Semi Skilled-03 Nos. (Reliever Shall be Provided on Weekly Off/Holiday) (c) Helper - Unskilled - 03 Nos. (Reliever Shall be Provided on Weekly Off / Holiday) (d) Reliever - Semi Skilled-01 No. 1. Contractor has to depute the total 08 Nos. staff including Reliever. 2. Contractor has to provide Reliever on Weekly Offs / Holidays of above required staffs except Supervisor)

All inclusive comprehensive maintenance of 3 X 300 TR Screw Water Chiller Unit of Make:-Mc-Quay, Model No.-PF325.2DARY inclusive of all spares & repair of parts like compressors, microprocessor control panels, evaporators, condensers, sensors, control panel, body, cooling coil, body of cooling tower, body of AHUs etc, de-scaling, replacing the refrigerant as a result of leak in the system, servicing, routine preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance ensuring serviceability/ satisfactory working condition of the system, maintenance of records/documentation etc. as per tender conditions on all days including sunday & holiday and also submitting the Quarterly Servicing & Inspection report by OEM or his authorised service dealer of Chillers. ( No Extra payment would be given for visiting charge of OEM Engineers)

All inclusive comprehensive maintenance of 3 x 17 TR ductable AC units installed at VIP/CIP/Server room at NTB Khajuraho inclusive of all spares, materials involving repair & maintenance as per manufacture schedule, servicing including routine preventive maintenance including grills, diffusers etc, breakdown maintenance including repair/replacement of compressor, electronic circuit board, gas charging, fan, fan motors etc. ensuring serviceability/ satisfactory working condition of the system, maintenance of recodes/documentation etc. as per tender conditions covered under this contract on all days including Sunday & holiday etc. as required.

Rewinding of following capacity 415Volt 50 Hz AC supply chiller/condenser pump motor, cooling tower motor, AHUs motor with super enemelled copper winding wire, varnishing, greasing of bearings including dismantling of motor from existing site & re-installation, testing and commissioning of the same at site by using suitable tools complete as required. (Dismantle material belongs to contractor) (as and when required)

Repairing of following capacity 415Volt 50 Hz AC supply chiller/condenser pump motor, cooling tower motor, AHUs motor including replacement of bearings and other required accessories, dismantling of motor from existing site & re-installation, testing and commissioning of the same at site by using suitable tools etc complete as required. (Dismantle material belongs to contractor) (as and when required)

Above 10 KW & Upto 25 KW

Above 25 KW & Upto 40 KW

Replacement of following spares parts of chiller (Make:- Daikin, Model no.PF325.2DARY) etc as required.

Oil Filter

Replacement of the existing contactors of following make, model and rating (suitable to operate at 3-ph, 415 V, 50 Hz supply) with new contactors as and when required as per site conditions etc.
