Construction of dry lean cement concrete sub base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS:383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per specifications, cement content not to be less than 150 Kg/cum, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant, transported to site, for all leads & lifts, laid with a mechanical paver, compacting with 8-10 tonne vibratory roller, finishing and curing etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in- charge. Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana / Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per direction of the engineer-in-charge, for the following grades of concrete.:Note: Extra cement up to 10% of the minimum specified cement content in design mix shall be payable separately. Providing and laying hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including refletrorising glass beads @ 250 gm/sqm area, thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per I.R.C. 35- 1997, the finished surface to be leveled, uniform and free from steaks and holes as per MORT&H specification (2001) No. 803 and also including cost of all type of material, labour T&P etc. Required for proper completion of the work. P/F of glow studs of size 100x20mm made of heavy duty body shall be moulded ASA (Acrylic Styrene Acryloretrite) or HIP (high impact polystyrene) or ABS having electronically welded micro-prismatic lens with abrasion resistant coating as approved by E/I. The cats eye shall support a load of 13635 Kg. tested in accordance with ASTM D4280. The slope of retro reflective surface shall be 35+/-5 degree to base. The reflective panels on both sides with at least 12cm. of reflective area up each side. The luminance intencity should be as per the specification and shall be tested as described in ASTM I:809 as recommended in BS:873 part-4 :1973. The studs shall be fixed to the road surface using the adhesive confirming to IS, as per direction of E/I. DSR item 16.50 (2023)

Supply and Fixing of Speed Bumps made of heavy duty tough ABS size 250 mm length, 350 mm width & 45mm height the ABS shall be with resistance wear a& tear property with UV stabilized yellow and black combination fitted with highly reflective reflectors made of PMMA (Poly Methyl Meta Acrylic) of sizes 70 mm x 23 mm of yellow colour for better hight time visibility the bumps shall be fixed to ground using dual method using mails a(100mm long) & epoxy at base. they are able to taken load upto 40 tones as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
